That is the US Code stated in his Emergency order that give him as President, the power to freeze all these peoples assets and also anyone who aids them can face up to a million dollar fine and 20 years in prison. Its a one page document and an easy read.

Could be...Washington DC law firm. I Googled it, they are known as "WW+E" in the parlance of the DC crowd.

They offer big bucks to US Supreme Court clerks to join them ($350K), so they buy influence and information that way.

In short, they are a firm that plays the Washington game very well. Perfect for Barry Soetoro to hide behind.

Hard to say.

I would focus on the ones since 11/1/17. Q intimated early on that resignations were a sign of people given a choice to resign or face prosecution for various crimes.

That would be a “tell”.
