Glenn Beck on Haitians: mr. President, I want those people here!

Posted on 01/12/2018 7:55:57 AM PST by MNDude

I was listening to Glenn Beck this morning and he was very angry about the report of what president Trump said about Haiti. He was carrying on his loud voiced self-righteous monologue and he said this is the same is saying I do not want that boat of Jews from that Nazi country. The people from Haiti are the same as you and me. They are just people that want to escape the country that their government is made for them. I WANT those people here! Mr. President, for the love of God, please shut up!"

Exactly. The Jews in Nazi Germany had no control over their lives, whereas Haitians do. It’s just they are too lazy to do it.

The Tonton Macoutes are long gone, nobody is oppressing the Haitian people, they just don’t know how to run an economy.

Beck said that Jews are like Haitians? Looks like Beck is a Nazi!

“I once looked up Glenn Beck’s house. It’s in something like a 98% white neighborhood”

That’s typical of liberals. Remember when Bill Clinton said he was looking forward to the day when white people were reduced to a minority, yet he lives in a 98 percent white suburb. Several years ago Ted Koppel had a special where he had a large crowd of white people who had fled Detroit. He spent 2 hours calling them racists, yet Koppel lives in a gated community in Maryland that was about 98 percent white, and only .01 percent black.

Good point, but you have committed logic, which is racist.

The President didn’t say anything bad about Haitians. Those poor people have a ____hole country. The complaining Democrats need to go to Haiti and stay there until it’s cleaned up.

I remember when Beck, as annoying as he was, was occasionally coherent. Those days are long past.

If you told me we could spend a billion dollars to really fix Haiti, and it really would work, I’d gladly do it. The best way to stop this crap is to do something to improve the quality of life in those countries. But just throwing money at these countries, and have it wind up in the hands of a few isn’t going to cut it.

This is probably going to be received as heresy, but Marx was correct when he identified the essential social tension as class struggle. He also correctly predicted that as long as the petty bourgeois (middle class) was materially satisfied, they would support the ruling class' power & control while disdaining & disassociating with the working class.

Now, fast forward 150 years, and what do we have? Both the middle and working classes had achieved a level of material prosperity & political influence never experienced before in history. But this achievement has significantly eroded the ability of the ruling class to manipulate and control both their supporters and detractors.

So what does the ruling class do? Simple, the merely transferred the classic economic tension to social differences aka "cultural marxism". Once again, order is restored to the established power structure(s) since the class struggle has been replaced by gender, race, nationality & religion. And of course, a key part of this strategy is population replacement by substituting immigrants for citizens.

As an aside, I don't really have a problem with their strategies. Life is simply competition for scarce resources. Divide and conquer is a time honored technique used over millennia. The issue I have is with those who label natural strategies as inherently evil, as if morality plays any part in this game.

Let them pursue what they will. Our responsibility is to both counter and attack. In other words, we should stop worrying about what they are doing, and focus on our own program(s) for victory. Like catechism, we know what they are: ending chain immigration, build the wall, deport offenders, halt anchor babies.

It's not difficult; what's hard is to laugh at the opposition's attempts to mentally weaken our resolve in an effort to have our side inflect self-defeat.

If I understand your views correctly, you don’t really have any problem with multiculturalism or internationalism. Your only beef seems to be that the elites who are implementing multiculturalism and globalism aren’t religious enough. Is that your point?

Beck is always talking about his ranch. WELL, Glenn, let them all come and squat on your ranch and see how you like it!

Could be.

I’d suggest that there is a strong correlation with having French and Spanish as a post colonial national language and poor outcomes as a country and society.

Sure, but now we have a large non-working class.

Marx totally missed that.
