I am certain many of you are going to predict that nobody will ever be indicted but they will all get away with it. You could be right. In any case make your prediction now who will get indicted first from the FBI swamp? Mccabe? Ohr? Stortz? Comey? nobody?
I do not think the seditious conspiracy has been fully revealed, nor do I believe they have given up.
You don’t seriously think this was James Comey’s idea, do you? You don’t think Andrew McCabe cooked this up on his own? Do you seriously believe the two lovebirds, childishly texting each other 10 000 times to virtue signal their “never Trump” beliefs, would have devised a scheme to overturn a US Presidential election?
These people were sent by persons unknown to do what they did. And to break them with indictments and threats of long prison sentences presupposes that the people who sent them (Obama and Jarrett, at least) no longer have friends within the Federal bureaucracy, which we know is false.
I’m sure they will use Mueller first. I half believe Ryan (Romney) is just waiting for a fig leaf from Mueller so he can (”with a heavy heart”) announce that Trump has to go.
My greatest concern is that there’s a fallback plan involving the military.
As I always say on CW II threads, the CAUSE of CW I in 1861, or, more exactly, the reason it got out of hand, was a split in the Army. A failed coup attempt now could have the same effect. Anyone who got a third or fourth star since January 1989 is a sold-out New World Order guy (or gal) for sure.
Trump is an existential threat to plans going back to 1945. He doesn’t realize, and neither do most of us, what a danger he poses to long-established systems of power.
So, no, I don’t expect any FBI agents or leaders to be indicted, because I believe the leaders of this seditious conspiracy and rebellion will try to use force to prevent that.

And, as a secondary issue, is this crew made up of Obama people, or Clinton people?

No one. They too are in the protected class and will suffer no consequences. Really folks, stop pining for indictments that’ll never happen. It’s like waiting for the Great Pumpkin, you just look silly and wind up spending the night in the field for no good reason.
Has Sessions assigned a competent prosecutor to pursue this? Who?
Will low level employees plea bargain to tell all? Is their loyalty to country and justice greater than their loyalty to the corrupt tribe?
Typically in a situation like this there are administrative assistants (aka secretaries) who are not agents. But they know everything, and know where it is kept in the databases. Likewise there are IT people who are not agents, but who know which database contains the juicy data. Where do these non-agents fit in?
It should be Sessions for dereliction of duty, so no one, while Sessions is at the helm...

Even a normal guy is going to delete messages from his side chick so his wife won’t find them. But this guy, way high up in the FBI, leaves 10,000 on an unsecured phone?
Even Forrest Gump would have deleted those.

For an indictment to occur there has to first be a functioning AG and DOJ. If perchance Rosenfeinstein allows Jeff to indict anybody it would be some low level GS 5 for mis filing paperwork or some such crap.
