Funny, I seem to remember during the obama occupation the numbers were predominantly "unexpectedly" lower (aka worse) that predictions. Refreshing to have them coming in better... But of course you won't see that reported in the MSM.

College students are spending nights in cardboard boxes so they can ‘feel’ homeless. Last night in this area it was about 12-degrees F.
