iCloud is not public. The only things YOU elect to make public are made public and then only to people you select, from family, to friends, up to everyone. . . but is your choice. iCloud itself is encrypted and, contrary to popular misconception about the Celebrity Nude Photo Fappening, it has never been hacked.
Those Fappening photos did not come from a hacking of iCloud's security but rather by combination of a collection of already existing collected nude photos and social engineering email phishing to acquire the celebrity's AppleID's and passwords to get access to their individual iCloud accounts.
That was nice of you.
Thank you for standing up for me and for providing the detailed timeline of that rude exchange, as well.
Also, thanks for the heads up regarding that flat out lie post, about me, that I was not even pinged to.
Appreciate your FRiendship and the time you take to keep us up to date on all things Apple.
I can't wait to get my iPhone X. It should be in sometime this coming week. (The Space Gray's are taking longer to get 😩).
That is the most anal post I have ever seen on FR.
Do you realize how much time you spent to quote and then insult people you have never met? And the depth of the comments and God knows how many you did NOT pick up (I am NOT going back to enumerate).
Apple has played catchup since the introduction of the iPod. It is just a fact. There is not a feature they have “introduced” in years that is not a slightly better version of features introduced before by other technology companies (such as the iWatch or eWatch or whatever which has already receded into the technology background and was only 3 years behind the curve).
I suggest you examine your relationship with your technology. I use whatever works. If Apple could make a product that works well and consistently I would adopt it into my tech framework. But they haven’t. I have had DOD-level security face and retinal technology for years. Maps/GPS I have had for a decade.
BTW: I didn’t bother to read your entire screed and I suspect few others did either. I scanned it for the gist.
You guys are INSANE.
This is TECH — not Your spouse!
Lighten up, Francis!
Swordmaker, you are a scholar and a gentleman...both rarities in todays world.
Given the post I was responding to, I think your advice is misdirected.
But I would be remiss if I didn’t point out the mental health issues in play here.
Because everyone knows that tracing a thread about technology and commenting on every single post is normal.
Oh and I am done with this topic.
Have a blessed night.
I thought it was nice of him to defend her.
' Freedumb2003, the insulter here is adorno. He is the egregious person who attacked JANE.
It took little time at all. I copied an entire section from the source code and then edited it. The work of a couple of minutes. adorno needed to be pulled on by the short hairs because HE WAS CLAIMING HE WAS THE AGGRIEVED PARTY when he was not. It was HIS MISBEHAVIOR THAT STARTED THIS. He invaded this thread and assaulted her!
Now give it a rest.
yeah, adorno egregiously attacked an innocent woman for no reason whatever. . . and you defend him. That is delusional.
Thank you. . .
