I have a small child. So I am used to the stickiness of YouTube. Lol.
On devices you just close the app and reopen. Or turn on and off WiFi. Works every time.

"Anybody else with this YouTube problem?" Ive been experiencing very infrequent YouTube speed problems with Are you experiencing download problems? prompt for years. And since I have upgraded ISP and still get them, I suspect that problems are a YouTube marketing ploy for paid services.

Same here, for about a month. It’s impossible to just surf anymore, and even the helpful 50-song playlists that people have made stop after 2 or 3 songs. I think they are trying to herd everyone to have to sign in, the better to track you.
Does anyone have any definitive info on this?

Yes, I did notice the problem.
When I complained and the youtube people told me it was the new way that Microsoft serves up content and the fact that audio and video are streamed separately and combined on the fly upon receipt.

If recycling your browser fixes it, how can it be the server’s problem? I operate three browsers -— Mozilla’s SeaMonkey, Google Chrome, and MS Edge. When I have a youtube problem, switching browsers usually fixes it.
