George Clooney's "Suburbicon" didnt just struggle at the box office. It sank. The film this weekend became one of Paramount Pictures' worst performing wide-releases ever, and it marked a new box office low for Clooney as a director and for star Matt Damon.

I went to moviespoiler.com and someone had posted Suburbicon and if it is accurate, it was beyond awful. Yuck Yuck Yuck
This stinker movie ranks as one of the worst movies to open up in over 2000 theaters. Peeuuuu.
What’s good about this SPECTACULAR failure is not just that Clooney’s work has been overwhelmingly rejected and a lot leftard money was lost.
This failure will also poison the water for future Clooney projects. I’d love to see Clooney have the same fate as Oliver Stone.
I usually like Matt Damon in his movies.
The trailer on this one looked stupid. My wife and I love going to the movies. We haven’t been since mid summer. And that is a long streak for us.
We are able to distinguish movies from the reality of their stars. I will even admit to liking a Streisand song once in a while.
My exception is Jane Fonda. I would walk across a parking lot to piss on her shoes.

The only movie of Clooney’s I like is “Oh, Brother Where Art Thou.”
A Clooney Movie Goes Thud!
I saw the trailer, too. An attempt to make extreme violence into comedy was very disturbing. I’m glad it’s a flop.
In terms of expense vs box office the worst film of all time is probably either Ishtar, Heaven’s Gate, or Cleopatra (depending on how you convert dollars from different eras and measure distribution/promotion costs).
Streisand is a liberal. Fonda is a traitor to the country. Huge difference. Fonda needs to check out already.....can’t stand her.
That’s an excellent point.
That movie is another example of how far out of touch with reality libs are.
Cleopatra was not a huge money maker, though it did eventually turn a profit, but it was the highest grossing film of 1963. Cant really call it a flop.
And Obama loves him back.
He’s one of the >300 advisors Obama ‘employed’, and frequently consulted during Obama presidency.
There is a movie about Winston Churchill coming out in November.
Darkest Hour
+1
Dagnabit.. I was looking for the ‘thumbs-up’ button >.<
Reminds me of the movie “Falling Down” with Michael Douglas and their caricature of white middle class male defense workers.
They just don’t get it. They’re too stupid to understand that the people they denigrate and ridicule are the people that make the money, that make the cars, that build the buildings, that invent everything worth inventing and make everything WORK.
Time for Hollywood to experience a little bit of “Atlas Shrugging”. Scratch that - time for them to experience a LOT of Atlas Shrugging.
F*** ‘em all, always, all ways, and every way you can. Don’t give them a dime of your hard-earned and well-deserved paychecks.
