Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey is leading a group of 15 Democratic attorneys general in opposing President Donald Trump’s administration’s plan to bar transgender individuals from openly serving in the military.
The group filed a brief Monday in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia arguing that banning transgender individuals from the military is unconstitutional and against the interest of national defense and that it harms the transgender community. “Our military should be open to every brave American who volunteers to serve,” Healey said.
In the brief, the attorneys general argue that “nothing about being transgender inhibits a person’s ability to serve in the military or otherwise contribute to society.” […]
The brief supports a lawsuit filed in August by The National Center for Lesbian Rights and GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders on behalf of eight transgender individuals, including members of the Air Force, Coast Guard and the Army, as well as students at the U.S. Naval Academy and in the ROTC program at the University of New Haven. …

Well, those 15 individual STATES can fight locally to allow the freaks to serve with their state national guard units, but the FEDERAL military is run by one CIC, President Trump, not 50 AG’s.
What do the other 35 say? I thought so. STFU and go away.
Why does their opinion have any more weight than any other citizen’s?
They should run for President, win, and they can be CIC and devise their own plans.
So, Draft them and put them in the Marines.
So. They have no say in the matter.
No known mental health problems should ever be allowed in the military period.
Made it even easier to figure out which attorneys-general to get rid of and replace with normal people.

Chemical castration is what you’re doing when you put any biologically normal child on puberty blockers. It’s treating puberty like a disease, arresting a normal process which is critical to normal development and bad for kids.
Sterilization: not good for kids. Prepping them for what will likely result in a case in girls a double mastectomy at 16 — not how you treat depression or anxiety and I have plenty of experience treating teenagers with depression, anxiety, even suicidal depression. Indoctrinating pre-school kids with the lie that you can be trapped in the wrong body, again, that’s disrupting their normal reality testing and cognitive development. Those things are abusive.
As to the studies, there are two that I am aware of that claim affirming your child’s gender confusion is good for them. Number one, it assumes that coaching a child into a fixed-false belief is mentally healthy. Science doesn’t allow you to assume your conclusion. Number two, those studies are extremely small. Number three, those studies are very short term. And number four, the control group of “mentally healthy children” are the siblings, most of them are siblings of the trans-identifying child. Oh, and there’s a number five, the parents were the ones evaluating the mental health of the children.
This is not science…I don’t think you need to have an M.D. or a Ph.D to know that’s not science — that’s ideology masquerading as science.

They are full of it, for the following reason. That reason is that there are varying medical, physical, and psychological conditions which disqualify someone from military service.
I know it offends the sensibilities of liberals to say that gender dysphoria is a medical or physical or psychological problem. They want us to say that it is a completely normal condition.
But if we are allowed to call a spade a spade we will say that there are indeed various types of issues which disqualify someone from military service.
They are State,not Federal——nothing to do with Obama.

In that case anyone who wants to be an attorney general should not be prevented from doing so.
