After making a public statement about the sexual-abuse allegations against Harvey Weinstein, Ben Affleck is facing accusations of his own. The actress Hilarie Burton tweeted yesterday that Affleck grabbed her breast while she was interviewing him on TRL in the mid-200os. (You can see video of the alleged assault here). And this afternoon, Hollywood makeup artist Annamarie Tendler tweeted that Affleck groped her at a Golden Globes party in 2014. He walked by me, cupped my butt and pressed his finger into my crack, she wrote.
Tendler added, Like most women in these situations I didnt say anything but I have thought a lot about what Id say if I ever saw him again. Her husband, the comedian John Mulaney, retweeted her claims.
Affleck tweeted a one-line apology to Burton this morning, but he has yet to address Tendlers accusations. We have reached out to his representative for comment and will update this post if we hear back.
If you or anyone you know has had a bad experience with Affleck, dont hesitate to email me at allie.jones@nymag.com, send me a message on Twitter, or contact me on Signal (ask for the number).
Then you could say they were whores.
exactly....women love bragging about certain “talents”....
I’m starting to understand why liberals always talk about the culture of rape. It’s THEIR culture.
And he had SO MUCH TO SAY about Donald Trump.
yes we could say they are whores.
I’ve heard that powerful men, famous men, famous athletes, etc. have this problem, of women coming on to them.
Some women have bragged about having the children of famous men.
Some women have gotten big child support packages, because they have the children of wealthy men.
Weinstein needs to be held accountable for his actions. But there does seem to be another side to these sorts of situations, which doesn’t get talked about much. And that’s the issue of women wanting to be with famous/powerful men, for their own reasons.
Shes a cutie.
The statements he and his butt buddy Damon put out were obviously written by publicists. Everyone knows neither of those two can write.
They didn’t write Good Will Hunting. They owed WeinSTEEN big time.
His new nickname is “Ass Flick”.
Some women do. Women with character do not. Choose wisely.
She is married to John Mulany.
Yup. He’s a hypocrite.
Batman is a buttman, who knew?
“Ben Affleck once said that he could NEVER work with a Republican actor . . . “
Oh, I had forgotten about that; thanks for the reminder of why I despised him in the first place!

I bet he is drunk tonight.
Hope he throws up - ha ha
“I dont feel too sorry for any of the women hanging all over Weinstein...”
I agree with you, but we need to street-fight at the Democrat level, which means we are APPALLED by the HORRENDOUS BEHAVIOR of Mr. Weinstein, and that no woman should EVER be subjected to that abuse...but this is what happens when you get in bed with a Democrat.
(of course what we personally think of these fame-seeking women might be completely different from our ‘official position’...but then that is what the Dems do)
“what if some ambitious women, approach powerful men, and indicate a willingness to do just about anything to get ahead?? Then what??”
Then it’s up to men to do the right thing. A real man would.
Just saying.

There is something even better than us engaging the libs in a street fight: we should manipulate the libs into destroying one another instead.
Divide and conquer them without firing a shot.
The libs are destroying one another right now. We need to maximize the carnage while cheering them on safely from a distance.
