Right near the beginning of the 69th annual Primetime Emmy Awards last night, host Stephen Colbert hauled former White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer out on-stage to declared that the CBS broadcast show would have the largest audience to witness an Emmys, period both in person and around the world.

That was on last night? Who knew? (Or cared?)
We grew up watching TV every night. Our grandchildren don’t watch it at all. We pay for 200 channels on Dish and are watching so rarely, now that the campaign is over, that we are thinking of dropping it completely. Give Liberals enough control, and they will ruin EVERYTHING whether it’s your family, your church, your government, your schools, your entertainment and now, even your sports. What a curse they are!
My care meter is broken.
What??? Low ratings to watch Hollywood idiots bash Trump?? Who would have believed it????
Spicer is quite the little attention whore
Deadline Hollywood? Emphasis on dead.
The Left-MSM calculated that they could essentially split off and have their own separate state in the mediasphere, a state in which they could pretend the Trump voters are this freak fringe of “deplorables,” worthy of mention only as an object of derision and contempt.
They thought they could do this and still make money and support their incredibly bloated pay scales.
This was an error. They chose poorly.
If a former (for good reason) Whitehouse official whores himself out and no one is watching, does it make a sound?
Blow up your TV, throw away your paper
Go to the country, build you a home
Plant a little garden, eat a lot of peaches
Try an find Jesus on your own
Apparently Trump won! MAGA.
BTW: Be interesting to see if DWTS does Trump bashing.
I’m 50 years old, and I have never watched any Hollywood awards show in my life. None of my friends have either.
Even as a kid, I always though them as sentimental cliche-fests. Now that they have become highly political, I can imagine they are downright repulsive.
Darn. I didn’t know it was on. I was so looking forward to not watching it.
Will they blame it on the hurricanes? Next year’s election? Netflix? Sunspots? Anything but the real reason.

FAIL!
If I still had TV, I’d boycott the NFL, The Emmy’s, the Oscars, etc. Sadly, I already did back in 1997...
It's nice that they put the black people in front for the cameras.
I'm a bit older but when growing up we watched the Oscars every year. The show was over-long but enjoyable, and the movies nominated for Best Picture were ones we had actually heard of and may have seen. Today these shows are unwatchable.
