A sculpture of an unknown Egyptian pharaoh's head, found at the ancient city of Hazor in Israel, dates back around 4,300 years, to a time when Egyptians were building pyramids. The sculpture was smashed apart around 3,300 years ago, possibly after an Israeli force led by Joshua destroyed the city, researchers have found.
Researchers said the sculpture, excavated and reconstructed in 1995 and discussed in the recently published book "Hazor VII: The 1990-2012 Excavations, the Bronze Age" (Israel Exploration Society, 2017), leaves them with a number of questions: Which pharaoh does it show? Why was it transported to Hazor? And why did it survive for a millennium before being smashed apart when Hazor was destroyed? ..."
"The person depicted wears a short, close-fitting, curled cap wig, topped by a uraeus, the solar cobra that rises above the forehead of [a] pharaoh in ancient Egyptian iconography, thus identifying our character as a king of Egypt beyond any doubt," wrote Laboury, a senior research associate at the Belgian National Foundation for Scientific Research (F.R.S.-FNRS) at the University of Liège, and Connor, a curator at the Museo Egizio in Turin, Italy. "The rendering of these facial features on the piece from Hazor are characteristic of the 5th Dynasty [circa 2465-2323 B.C.], although it does not seem possible to determine with any certainty which king it depicts," wrote Laboury and Connor, who also noted that the head was once part of a larger statue.

The suggestion that cyclic changes in climate may have been an influence in the migration and evolution of humans is the only valuable spin-off contribution from the entire global warming discussion.
I'm not surprised at all:
Voyages Of The Pyramid Builders
"Is it a coincidence that pyramids are found across the globe? Did cultures ranging across vast spaces & times, such as the ancient Egyptians, early Buddhists, the Maya, Inca, Toltecs, Aztecs, British Celts & even the Mississippians of pre-Columbian Illinois, simply dream the same dreams & envision the same structures?"
"The cradle of human civilization may well have been the prehistoric lowlands of the Southeast Asian peninsula, rather than the Middle East. Since those lowlands sank beneath the seas thousands of years ago (actually drowned by rising sea levels), humanity has remained unaware of their possible significance up through the early 21st century. "
There are more pyramids in Mexico than all the rest of the world combined.

Welcome back, FR just got a whole lot more interesting.
Thank you, blam.
Thanks!
Discussion?!? The discussion is OVER!!! ;^)
The alibi for no warming used to be blamed on the oceans, that the oceans were hiding the extra energy in their depths — a physical impossibility and a nonsense — so it was studiied, and surprise surprise, the oceans were found to get colder and brinier with depth.
That stupid claim has reemerged.
The only thing that will stop it is a big roundup, arrests, arraignments, and prison time for the AGW fraudsters. And alas, when one no longer has recourse to law, all that remains is recourse to lawlessness.
“Looks African”
oddly enough ancient egypt was located in africa ...
that would explain it

Many refuse to accept the Great Flood which, in my estimation, God used to separate the continents.
So many of the similar structures we see around the world were in fact created before the flood.
Take for instance the great sphinx. Some archaeologists have claim that a portion of the sphinx was in fact created before the great flood and added to at a much later date after the flood. The time when the Egyptian empire periods first began.
The thought goes directly to the explanation of rock societies found at the bottom of the Ocean off of various countries around the world.
Makes a lot of sense, because before the flood there was no rain. Everything was fed with underground water sources. So in fact the Ocean levels just rose when God poured down the water and opened up the depths to raise the level thus many societies are under the oceans.
The apparent curly hair seems African, since the nose has been broken off, it is hard to tell what ethnicity it might be. Asian might be small, African larger and wider, and Semitic even more pronounced. This head might have been moved during the uncertainties of the First Intermediate Period which fluctuated in severity over around 150 years, just before 2,000 BC.
Thanks for the info.
It’s a stylized form from the Egyptian 5th dynasty:
