Shall we get on the bandwagon and help remove symbols of racism, bias, and bigotry. The flag and people of the Civil War are being devoured right in front of us. What about other things? Like, for example, race and gender based groups? Maybe we should ask the question, if I cannot substitute White, or Male, then maybe there is a problem with the group?
Their logical end result is Zimbabwe. There is no appeasing them, they take it as weakness.
We need to go on the offensive.
We need to mount a major effort for laws ELIMINATING ALL RACE PREFERENCES and outlawing quotas and affirmative action and anything else that legally places a member of one race above another in hiring, college admissions, eligibility for federal contracts, everything.
We need to outlaw any universities receiving federal funds or benefiting from federal student loans from advocating anti-white racism, such as whiteness studies teaching that whiteness is evil, white privilege studies, etc. Our tax dollars should not support anti-white hatred.
They have explicitly said, if you are white, then you are racist. All whites are racist. The only way to eliminate racism is to eradicate whiteness.
Alternately, we can all stop caring about who are what is supposed to be racist today.
Hillary's hero, Obama's patron saint.
You know they the left will go after The Alamo pretty soon..
What if someone is ‘uncomfortable’ with racial guilt... and wants to tear down and destroy all evidence of the civil rights movement?
Belongs on every thread today...
Just heard this one.......The famed Australian tennis great, Margaret Court, has been vocal for years against gay marriage. Of course, the tennis world is full of gays. One of the courts at the Australian open is named Margaret Court stadium, well, the players plan to boycott playing on that court and are demanding it be renamed, due to recent comments she made about another Australian player lesbian who is in a same sex marriage. (there are quite a few from Austrailia)
Robbie Robertson wrote the song and is/was performed by The Band.
Robbie and The Band were/are Canadian, the lead vocals were done by Levon Helm, the only American in the group.
Joan Baez's version was copied from these guys and when asked why her words are different, she replied, I sang it as I heard it.
George Stoneman, (the calvary leader, from NY, who tore up the RR tracks) went on to become the 15th governor of California.
(Just a little , FYI)
Yes, let’s get rid of all the Malcolm X tee shirts and the Malcolm I through Malcolm IX ones too.
Yes, all race and gender bias should be rejected and illegal, especially where it involves federal funds. Time to truly become post-racial.
START WITH PLANNED PARENTHOOD.
Show me you are serious about this.
It was on my proposed list. Did you not see that? What others should be proscribed because of their promotion of gender or race bias?
We need to remember history so we don’t repeat it
Doing a quick word search of this page, my mention of it is the only one. I guess I am missing something?
Both men and women should wear burkas. It should be against the law to reveal your skin color in public. Also no more names. Just numbers. Shanikwa becomes 4829209-0 and Robert becomes 23754711-1.
If we are going to ‘get past’ race, we need to eliminate anything that divides us by race. On university campuses, get rid of the Chicano, Black & Native American student centers. Eliminate those you mentioned. Change all hire forms to eliminate race identities. If necessary, take out any identifying info like names by which one might make an assumption. Give those on the hiring panel only a number & the detail of past job history. Make them select those to interview by that alone.
Other ethnic groups need to acknowledge the mote in their own eye. Racism is certainly not specific to whites.
Diversity:
Includes everyone who agrees with the liberals
Yeh I have the album. The Last Waltz. I’m in Dixie Babe. :-)
