There is a national tragedy sweeping across America, and it promptly needs to come to an end.
For some inexplicable reason, American entertainment outlets think male consumers are entertained by “plus-sized” models. They’re not. Trust me when I say that there’s a reason men read the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit magazine, and it has nothing to do with the seemingly unending supply of bigger models.
Naturally, I’m not suggesting that obese women are bad people. Obviously that’s not the case, and it’d be a lazy critique of my argument to even attempt to boil it down to that.
My point is very simple. Men love football, alcohol and the women in bikinis that they don’t see walking around the town. If I can look out the windows of my office building and see six people similar to a woman featured in Sports Illustrated, then put simply, that woman has no business being in Sports Illustrated.
SI’s Instagram account recently featured Tabria Majors, who is a “plus-sized” model.

I’m not overreacting at all, just pointing out the dim-witted tit-for-tat that passes for feminism these days, and I’m surprised to see it here on FR of all places.
But they’re all plus size by today’s standards. Give me woman with some meat on her bones any day. I’m sick of looking at emaciated women who look like ten year old boys. That may be what the Gay men who run the fashion world like, but spare me. Bring me a real woman.

When plus sized models came into the main a few years back they were just beautiful full figured women.
Now, they are ridiculously Yuge Pinnepeds and conceited tallow heads....
“Plus size” used to mean a certain thing that I have always considered sexy. Plus size today is a MUCH fatter girl.
You may be blowing this out of proportion. The basic point is not intrinsically liberal. As I read it, why would the match up always need to be slim wife, fat husband? You say it’s comedy. Why don’t they occasionally mix it up with a buff husband and an obese wife? If the reverse is supposed to be funny, why wouldn’t that be funny too?

You know they don’t exist, but the feminism beaten into your head over the past four decades meant you just couldn’t let it stand, there had to be a male equivalent even if there isn’t because it’s just not fair so you made up a vague tit-for-tat equivalence that does not exist.
