There is a national tragedy sweeping across America, and it promptly needs to come to an end.
For some inexplicable reason, American entertainment outlets think male consumers are entertained by plus-sized models. Theyre not. Trust me when I say that theres a reason men read the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit magazine, and it has nothing to do with the seemingly unending supply of bigger models.
Naturally, Im not suggesting that obese women are bad people. Obviously thats not the case, and itd be a lazy critique of my argument to even attempt to boil it down to that.
My point is very simple. Men love football, alcohol and the women in bikinis that they dont see walking around the town. If I can look out the windows of my office building and see six people similar to a woman featured in Sports Illustrated, then put simply, that woman has no business being in Sports Illustrated.
SIs Instagram account recently featured Tabria Majors, who is a plus-sized model.

Howdy Dice!
They’re called “Chubby Chasers”.
Just like entertainment outlets assume female consumers think fat men are sexy. They don't.
They tend to be “Fag Hags” which is why gay men like them.
Some really go for those corn-fed wimmens...
Speaking as a woman, 54, who has had two children and wears an 18 pair of pants, I’d like to say that even larger women like to please a man and can get the job done.
I will say nothing further, so as not to get banned. ;)
I really think the connection is made in the eyes; there’s a reason they are called the window to the soul.
If a person is not superficial, he/she can see past the outward things (including not being super wealthy, having a not-so-fancy car, slight beer belly or a minor case of balding, LOL!) and find a soul mate.
You don’t want to get attached to a loser, but there are a lot of good people, both men and women, who would never qualify to be magazine or runway models.
Although I will have to practice my “Blue Steel” trademark look. LOL! (Reference to the comedy Zoolander). :)
One brilliant tweeter said “Just guessing. No real woman will sleep with you so you can only masturbate to anorexics with fake boobs” :)
Certainly, truly obese people shouldn’t be held up as an ideal although there are people who really like very large other people,
BUT - real women with real bodies shouldn’t be ashamed, even if the FRaliban around here can only masturbate to thoughts of anorexics with fake boobs.
What entertainment outlets assume female consumers think fat men are sexy? Sounds to me as if somebody’s equality panties are in a twist, to be honest.
Is that the girl from “Girls”? Lena Dunham, I think? Wow.
I guess HBO is keeping it real. ;)
Are those schlubs being marketed as sexy, like Sports Illustrated is attempting to do with plus size models? No, they’re there for the laughs.
You do need to check that reflexive defensiveness, trying to throw things back at males that you perceive to be sexist. It’s a very leftist habit, you know, especially going off half-cocked.

As a woman, I thank you. :)
Al Bundy would have a thing or two to say on this subject.
Agreed.
Nothing wrong with a woman with a “normal” body. But these “models” are obese.
