I have a suggestion for your pains, from my personal experiences: see if you can figure out what causes them.
I have been able to overcome hip pain and back pain, by being alert what causes them, or to get worse, and some creative thinking.
ex: hip, I knew I was leaning very heavily on that side, when working on computer.
It was hurting SOO BAD I stopped, desperate, to do something. Then I recalled something I had heard, and — put something in the shoe on the other side to lift it a little. It worked immediately. Beats an operation !
My back sometimes starts to hurt, and I know I have been sitting, too long, in a bad position. Doesn’t hurt while doing it, just after. Same with how I lie down at nite.

Garden is being eaten, overrun, buzzed cut and otherwise gone via Asian beetles. Send food now we are going to starve!
Not quite that bad but almost. I have sprayed countless times and do not like to do that. We won’t eat the sprayed areas but trying to kill enough bugs so they don’t lay even more eggs for next year.
