Nick,
There a little island resort that can take care of this problem for America. People join the club down there and the fat ones get to be thin ones. The best part about it is you get paid for losing weight!
The island is called Parris Island and the resort is called Marine Corps Boot Camp. If you can’t hack it during the beginning of first phase, they have something called the Physical Conditioning Platoon (PCP) or as it is commonly referred to, the pork chop platoon. Let me tell you something, body shaming works, hard PT all day long and eating minimally works. I’ve seen massive weight loss there.
No carbs? Just meat and oil and butter? I’m diabetic, so, always check the number of carbs. Everything has carbs, except the few I mentioned.
Being intentionally dense? No carbs. Bread, pasta, potatoes, etc.
What do you eat that has no carbs? As a diabetic, that information is extremely important to me. I need a list.
Yeah, I’m thinking that younger folk watching “The Honeymooners” would probably wonder at all of the fat jokes.
