If you've ever had an inexplicable love for a song that's just strange, post a link to it here. Should be amusing and entertaining for a Saturday night.
“Eat It”’s lead guitar solo was by Rick Derringer, the founder of The McCoys - they had a few hits including “Hang On Sloopy”
Rick Derringer was also a highly rated session guitarist who played on Steely Dan tracks and in Edgar Winter’s group.
Finally, his real name was Rick Zehringer and what he went by in The McCoys, a band just up the road from me in Dayton, Ohio. At a small teen nite club, they opened for Simon & Garfunkel and stayed on stage to be their back-up band.
Apparently you’re supposed to play that clip at 1.25x speed. I thought it seemed a little slow.
Vee Heil! Vee Heil! Right in Der Fuehrer's Face!

That looks like a magical pig
With marital aids stuck all over it
Such as yourself before
You'll love it.
It's a way of life.
Just about anything from Ray Stevens could go on the thread. He’s a hoot!
Great song!
Zappa - Call any Vegetable
I’m the wrong generation to have even picked up on the Beamie and Cecil version (but they did do a heck of a job of making it even stranger)!
And as long as I’m here, in the spirit of stuff that’s even weirder when you see it as well as listen to it, there’s “Solfeggio”, by the inimitable Nairobi Trio:

Just about any video by Die Antwoord is like watching a combination train wreck / fall of Western Civilization. It’s weird and horrible, but you can’t stop watching.
