A viral video making the rounds online shows what appears to a transgender Antifa member attacking a conservative videographer.
The Gateway Pundit identifies the Antifa member as “well known Portland area protester and transgender female” Lucy Elizabeth Smith and the videographer as Demetrius Cooper, who runs the YouTube channel ‘Airliner World & More.’
In the clip, Smith can be seen marching up to Cooper and shouting, “we got nothing to f*cking say to you. We got no use for you. Get the f*ck away from our march. You don’t want me to make you! Trust me!”
“Make me,” Cooper responds. “I dare you to make me move. “What the f*ck are you gonna do? You guys talk so much sh*t about me online, you ain’t done sh*t yet.”
Smith, spotting YouTuber Leo Stratton with his camera out, states, “if that camera wasn’t there, I’d be knocking your a** the f*ck out!”
The two exchange a few more words before Smith throws a punch that accomplishes absolutely nothing.
“Is that the best you got?” Cooper retorts, launching a punch of his own that catches Smith square in the face.

The minute the freak is getting what’s coming the cops start in.
“Antifa guys steal hats and other things from Trump people all day long and the cops do nothing. And given that their behavior is illegal you could argue that you where concerned that they were illegal hiding their identity so they could assault you without fear of being caught.”
If they are stealing hats and other things, they should be arrested for theft. If they are assaulting people or vandalizing property, they should be arrested.
If they are simply at an assembly or protest and wearing a mask, ripping off their mask could be considered assault.
You cannot go around ripping people’s masks off.
You cannot rip off the Santa beard or mast of a Salvation Army bell ringer, you cannot rip off someone’s Uncle Sam mast at the 4th of July Parade, you cannot rip off the mast of someone walking into a costume party and you cannot rip off the mask of a person an Antifa protester.

But yes, it was a dude punching a dude, but in a Portland courtroom, it could have any number of interpretations.

Unless you can show that the person wearing the mask posed a direct threat or has assaulted you, you could be charged with assault.
So, you can’t go to the 4th of July Parade and pull off someone’s Uncle Sam mask and you should not pul off Santa’s mask ringing a Salvation Army bell.

When I first watched this I just responded- What the hell has happened to our beloved country. Then I remembered that we began encouraging mental illness as a lifestyle, and encouraged victim status.
They get that close to my face and I’ll take my odds in court. No need to swing first.

Reporter dude should press charges. Getting within 3 inches of a person’s face, spitting on them as you scream, is intimidation and aggression in any vertebrate’s book. If a woman identifies as a man strongly enough to take hormones, that person is intending to be perceived as a man and so cannot claim gender fluidity. It’s a hate crime towards natural women and entrapment towards men to then claim victim as a ‘woman’ when a natural man reacts towards that person identifying as a man, as a man.
