Welcome to Tank Town, USA and the Sweet Sixteen.
Jets Nation, this is going to be ugly. The 2017 Jets have a realistic chance of being worse than the 1-15 Rich Kotite atrocity of 1996, a team that actually had a lot of talent, unfortunately none of it in the head coachs office.

You have no idea how potent the stench is sticking to that joke that is the Cleveland Clowns. Not to mention the misdirection of the head criminal in charge, Jimmy “no rebate for you!” Haslam.
The Jets may be a favorite in the week 5 debacle.
Screw the NFL. Boycott the NFL. Quite posting this crap.
I was afraid something like this would happen because of the way Jets’ leadership treated Tebow.
I hope the curse will not continue on and on and on.
long time Jets fan...yes the Jets will suck in 2017 but gary myers has been a long time Jets hater that goes out of his way to criticize the team...they will suck but they will not go 0-16..
Never forget that the Jets play one game in Miami every year.
Believe it or not, the south Florida stadium crowd splits about 50-50 during Jets-Dolphin games!
Decade after decade, Miami always finds some way to lose to the Jets in Miami, no matter how bad the Jets are that year.
I think that most here didn’t read the article. It’s a pretty funny piece of tongue-in-cheek humor.
If you don’t like it don’t click on it.
Save us, Colin Kaepernick!
All that Jets leadership is gone.
Colon might get them to -1 and 17 which would guarantee them the first draft pick. I’m so glad he’s gone from my 49ers.
Kaeperdick is available, right now!!!
heh heh....
This news will devastate my great nephew but he's tough.I grew up a Red Sox and Patriots fan so I know what pain feels like and know that it doesn't last forever.
Do not underestimate New York's ability to screw this opportunity up big time.
Week 5 will be tough to lose, especially because that is before the Browns pick up Kaepernick as a mid-season replacement QB/kick holder (where he can kneel for pay).
I am able to say that I watched no regular season NFL games last year. I had season tickets for over a decade and went to Chiefs games beginning the year they moved to Kansas City from Dallas.
I was a guest in my brother’s home at New Years and did watch some playoff stuff as they had it on and it is big in their home.
Overall, I did not miss it. I certainly watch college ball and basketball along with baseball. My wife has even given me the hockey bug the last few years.
I think that it is admirable that the Browns and Jets fans, both long suffering, are relishing having true competitors in the Toilet Bowl this year.
“All that Jets leadership is gone.”
Perhaps in future years the curse will fade.
It would be a real shame if the Jets went down and took the entire NFL political structure with them.
Well, at least it would be a type of perfect season.
The Jets will be going 0 and 16? I don’t think they’ll be with.
