The actress said the show is "running out of ideas" because of Trump.
"Trump is trumping us. We're running out of ideas at this point," Wright said. "He's stolen them all."

I just Googled her and found she played Buttercup.
There’s just one thing to say. Suck it up Buttercup!
I loved Robin in Santa Barbara. And, her first husband who was also on the show was HOT. Nothing like Penn.
No, he was Majority Whip. The Netflix version tried to parallel the British original in the first two seasons and then diverged. Ian Richardson was a delight as Francis Urquhart. Spacey’s Frank Underwood started out with the same tongue-in-cheek approach but the series has gotten seriously dark in Season 4. Hopefully they’ll wrap it up in Season 5 because it’s already looking very stale, trying to build drama around Underwood’s 2016 re-election campaign.
Trump is straight, honest, sleeps in his own bed, and is not corrupt.
He wants what is best for the nation, not himself.
He demands much the same of his staffers.
There is no Hollywood-type Drama to be drawn from that...
Maybe not the best message right before a new season is released.

Absolutely agree. Clinton all the way. With a little Hussein to mix it up.
Bingo (re Hussein)
Hack actor.
Hacktor.
Works for me!
Kevin Spacey on Tonight Show said show would be written and ready to air, then four or five things would actually happen in real life. He said show not “ripped from the headlines”.
Robin Wright is a wonderful actress.
That is all.
She just alienated 50% of the audience, if not more.
I just Googled her and found she played Buttercup.

Wasn’t Buttercup Dale Evan’s horse?
Well, not just that. Telling people you’re out of ideas doesn’t exactly compel people to watch. “Sorry this season sucks, we couldn’t think of anything.”
The British series only had four episodes per season too, so the writers didn’t have to write unnecessary plot detours to fill a bunch of extra hours.
Send her Preparation Trump. Because he is going to be a pain in her arse for 8 years.
I understand the problem. Barack Hussein stole all his ideas from “Animal Farm” and from “1984”.
