not as cool at T-bone. But I have been rethinking my name too. I think I want to be Cupcake! Everyone loves cupcakes. They are sweet and makes people happy just to see them or say it. But sadly, not as happy as a T-BONE.
IMHO the Rib Eye is the only true steak. All the others are from working muscles or just don’t have adequate marbling to be called a true steak. Kobe beef is excepted. With Kobe, the Rib Eye is a heart attack and the other steak cuts are true steak.
