IMHO the Rib Eye is the only true steak. All the others are from working muscles or just don’t have adequate marbling to be called a true steak. Kobe beef is excepted. With Kobe, the Rib Eye is a heart attack and the other steak cuts are true steak.

I had a great NY the other night at a great steak house here in Vegas, well done with ketchup, have loved it that way for years,found out DJT loves his steak the same way.
