Uhhhh. Im not very happy with what has happened so far. I guess we have to try to push him to keep his promises. But this isnt North Korea, and if he doesnt keep his promises Im out. This is why we voted for him. I think everyone who voted for him knew his personality was grotesque, it was the issues.
I hate to say it, but I agree with every line in my friend Frank Brunis op-ed in The New York Times today. Where is the great negotiation? Where is the bull in the china shop we wanted? That budget the Republicans pushed through was like a practical joke
Did we win anything? And this is the great negotiator?

I hate our government. To me, we are living in the Harry Potter Universe, where Voldomort has come in and corrupted everything. Regarding these worthless pieces of flesh, I am reminded every day about Luke 4:6, where Satan speaks to Lord Jesus regarding the kingdoms of the world--
"And the devil said to Him, "I will give to You all this authority, and its glory; for it has been delivered to me, and I give it to whom I wish."
So who is literally in charge of the United States these days? Guess who. Every time I hear Pelosi cackle, or Schumer smile and hiss, or Soros give a speech, I smell the fumes of hell.
That being said, along came Donald Trump, and I have genuine hope. I hope we get our wall, among other things. I do believe he is different, and wants the best for us. Imagine being completely alone against an army of satan's idiots every day. He honestly is our last chance. America's last chance. Once the millions upon millions of millions of illegals (and legally here) foreigners' children grow up, it's dem voting and liberal voting forever. Conservative women can push their baby carriages with little toy dogs inside and we will have President Camacho, the Spanish-speaking pro-wrestler.
4 Years isn't a long time, and so much damage has been done to this country. We have to stop the bleeding quick.
Gee, Ann Coulter turns on a Republican president. What a shock - THAT’s never happened before. 4 months in and she’s out. How many books did he sell for you, Annie?
“You’d be in jail”
{ crickets crickets crickets }
Whatever respect I had for Coulter is now gone. I am sick of her rants. I have wondered out loud for some time if she is bipolar.
I’m with you. Annie, stop being such a drama queen. I think the guy is doing great. There are enough saboteurs on the left already. Don’t go there.
“4 Years isn’t a long time, and so much damage has been done to this country. We have to stop the bleeding quick. “
He’s been in office for 3 months.
If after 25 years the idiot “leaders” and processional TV show guests on the right managed to do little more than lose and lose over and over again, where do these retarded babies get off demanding that 25 years worth of cleaning up this mess with opposition that they are doing nothing to help combat, should have occurred in 3 WHOLE MONTHS!
This is nothing but a TV show to these people. They are bored that real work happens at less than the speed of a 10 minute talk radio show segment, where you just pontificate and collect a check.
Polls can’t be trusted.
However, if you pay attention to posts on FR..there are more and more people that are unhappy with choices Trump is making. I blame his NY Lib family with the heavy concentration of Dina Powell and Cohn as influencers.
When Scientist Ivanka recommends staying in Paris agreement...maybe some more people will see she is a problem.
I’m not worried. I wake up every morning thankful that it’s the OTHER guy that’s gotta worry.
What shocks me is people on this thread agreeing with her. He’s done more in 4 months than most presidents do in four years.
Right or wrong, she thinks for herself and speaks for herself (unlike democrats) and apparently feels these public words might get him back on track.
Who, here, feels the nepotism is okay?
Who, here, wants the wall?
Who, here, has taken pause at something he has done so far?
I’m not ready to throw rocks at her and throw her to the wolves. Of course the dimms would like that.
So far Trump has been somewhat of a disappointment. However it should be noted that he is very early into his Presidency and has yet not mastered the levers he needs to pull. He needs a pit bull as Speaker but sadly has a timid poodle. He made a huge error giving his daughter and son in law an important role. Still it is far better that he is President and not the vile Clinton. Despite everything if the economy does well and people sense real prosperity, and he appoints solid conservatives to the judiciary, he will succeed and be reelected. He should not feel threatened by criticism from his base. He ought to demonstrate his disdain toward Democrats and their MSM lackeys.
Someone here has a list of about 50 things Trump has promised to do and has either done, or tried very hard to do.
I guess we can start by looking at the Supreme Court.
Choosing Sessions as Attorney General was tops.
Firing Comey would be right up there too.
Huge reversal in regulations.
Not even talking about an general amnesty for Illegals puts him ahead of just about every other Republican that ran.
But building the Wall will be the critical factor. Trump has pushed that out as far as he can get away with before the 2018 elections - he better be willing to shut down the government to make his point. If he doesn’t, then I, too, will start to question him.
We have the Senate, the House and the Presidency— we should be crushing these bastards every day like a steamroller. Obama didn’t have these things and he Executive-Actioned the hell out of us. These people in Washington can’t be worked with or reasoned with, they just have to have the pimp-hand laid down on them. Beat them like rented mules, ignore what comes out of their mouths because why not? Pretend they aren’t even there. They lost and we won EVERYTHING. Use it to the fullest advantage. Every moment of every day.
The political Right knows how to lose an election and get steam-rolled by the political Left.
Key-rist, why doesn’t the political Right take a lesson on how the dems muck-up the Right’s agenda and ability to run the government.
Let’s face it, after so many years of the Bushs, the Clintons and Obama, this country has slumped so low its almost impossible to turn around. It’s difficult for Trump with so many spineless RINOS and commie democRATS.
You’re absolutely right!
Rosa DeLauro is in that picture, right? She looks like a sober Keith Richards to me.
She probably wanted a White House job and got snubbed.
that’s a man, baby
Used to like Ann a looong time ago, then I realized she was a bony-bottomed fraud. She says shocking things to get attention and writes patriotic books to sell so she can go around to controversial places to make speeches for outrageous speaking fees. She’s all in it for the money.
The older she gets, the more ridiculous she is becoming. I can’t believe anyone still buys her books - she’s become a screeching harpie.
This election has sure opened my eyes to a lot of frauds like her. I used to admire many of the people that I now despise. We certainly live in interesting times.
Go Trump!
