The consensus with most conservatives is Ronald Reagan was the greatest conservative President ever. However, Reagan had a few strikes as a conservative, such as passing amnesty or appointing two moderates to the Supreme Court.
What do you believe President Trump must accomplish as President to be considered a greater President than Reagan?
Build the wall. Then he will be greater than Reagan, and also far greater than Teddy Roosevelt, and should replace T.R. on Mt. Rushmore.
Agreed and shrink the g’ment by 50%.
Uh...Scalia and Thomas were no moderates. Kennedy was the mistake after the Bork debacle. Bork should never be forgotten and the Democrats must be made to pay over and over for their sick behavior.
Take 600-800 federal judges out and three more Scotus.
I personally will give him a pass on just about everything else.
Oh, and fix healthcare, reduce the tax burden, regulations, immigration,,build the wall , reduce H1B from China and India, stop our complicity in Saudi domination of the ME, poision that fat fk and make it amenable to repatriate offsbire dollars held overseas.
That’s a starter...
And actually grab some of these pussies and twist real hard...
The Gipper was the best there ever was, the best there ever will be. But if Trump generates GDP growth of over 4% for a year or two, he would be coming close.
Here is the recipe to fix the immigration problem and voter fraud problem by freeper:

Theodore Roosevelt was a progressive, not a conservative.
“What do you believe President Trump must accomplish as President to be considered a greater President than Reagan?”
Make the best possible use of his entire Cabinet(s) of a two-term presidency.
Bush appointed Thomas.
Reagan also appointed abortion supporter Sandra Day Oconnor.
30 years later and we’re still suffering from his amnesty.
As Reagan had the pleasure of Pope John Paul II and Margaret Thatcher to set the stage for defeat of USSR style communism,
So Trump might have the opportunity of Brexit, LePen, and others to move away from world government and towards countries with enlightened self-interest. Of course, violent war is never enlightened self-interest.
World Government and the EU made the mistake of trying to copy the union of 50 states to form a United States. But the one-worlders did not understand what made the US great, and a success.
The US is great because it establishes true free trade and does not impose tariffs between states. To the extent the US is great, it is because it recognizes the decentralized states as sovereign and capable of running themselves without a big central government. To the extent the US lost its greatness, it is because the Central Government usurped the power of local government.
Pre-EU, the EU was sold as similar to the US. But in fact, the EU replaced local government with oppressive, bureaucratic EU government. Whether the issue was immigration to the EU or religious freedom or taxes and bank regulation, the EU was run by arrogant technocrats who set policy based on their computer models. Their computer model was always right. The real world experience of the people was wrong ... because it did not fit the computer model.
Trump might have the opportunity to take most of the world in the direction of less centralized government and more enlightened self-interest of small/local governments.
He doesnt need to be. He just needs to be a good Republican.
It’d be considered blasphemy, but that act of amnesty was probably the most devastating blow to our country in the long term.
GET THE DAMN WALL BUILT.
Agree, 1) wall, 2) grow economy as much and 3) just cut SOME government, somewhere, in real terms.
I’m posting that on my Facebook page.
