I have sprained EACH ankle 30 times a piece over the years beginning with gymnastics.
Today each works fine, pain free. God built an incredible machine.

I broke the ankle and tore ligaments completely lose from the bone which is far worse than a normal sprain. The ligaments will never heal or never reattach to the bone. I cannot pivot the right foot sided to side but only move it up and down. Wen I walk the whole foot sort of flops from side to side unless I wear a high-top shoe to stabilize it.
The left foot had both the intermediate and medial Cuneiform bones displaced and all the metatarsals broken. As a result of the incident I received a severely torn Plantar Facsia where the ligament was completely ruptured. The foot required surgery and was in a cast for weeks.
I have chronically sprained ankles. All the time. The right ankle is ALWAYS swollen.
That is the source of my osteoarthritis.
Any decent citizen who wishes to attend will not be protected by the police. The police will simply stand down and look the other way.
The mayor and the chief of police should be held personally responsible if any one is injured do to police inaction.
Ann Coulter could totally rock that look.

i broke my right metatasal in my mid forties—sporting injury. Now stb 57, I have had chronic plantar fascitis and a left heel spur over the past few years. Takes the fight right out of ya.

As you know I have this TBI going back a while and I HATE that i can’t remember like I used too.
I thought you were trained in exotic fighting arts.
