So here’s one so everyone can laugh at me...I won’t even pretend you are laughing with me.
Our family, me, wife, two teenage boys are in the Hobbit 1st movie a few years ago...I’m so taken away I didn’t realize the movie was nearing the end, and since we never watch the news no one told me they hacked a 289pp book into 3 movies...the movie ends and it is so shocking to me, I said aloud, “you gotta be kidding!”...I was really loud and several in the packed theater looked at me like I had two heads. My oldest to my right leaned in and said, “you mean you didn’t know?”
So that is my personal worst movie ending of all time.
I cry every time and I really hope that was a stunt double Chevey Nova fill in
It’s a Wonderful Life
Lord of the Rings? How else would it have ended but the way Tolkien wrote it???
In the recent movie, Passengers, why were there NOT descendants of the two, children and grandchildren?
Never seen any of them.
Three Days of the Condor.
Didn’t like seeing Jim Brown buy it at the end of The Dirty Dozen. Bummer. It would had been nice to see a few others survive as well.

The Never Ending Story. Actually, I was happy that the movie had an end of any type.
The Mockingjay part two. Fourth of the Hunger Games franchise. They gratuitously killed off some of the good guys. By then I was sick of the characters dying off. And the final life of the survivors was boring.
Can someone please tell me the meaning of the ending of
The Thomas Crown Affair? I can’t remember seeing it all the way through from beginning to end but I’m sure I have.
I saw about the last 1/2 of it the other night and Steve McQueen flys off into the sunset and Faye Dunaway is reading a note from him that says, “Left early. Bring the cash or keep the car.”
PLEASE ANYONE....enlighten me.
Peewee’s Big Adventure
Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, because Indiana Jones was irrelevant to the movie.

“Open Water 2003”
Billed as a “fight for survival”.
In the end, they both die...
Not a great movie anyway but the first and last parts of the movie felt like they were from two different scripts and somehow got stuck together.
And the world ends.
I guess we can add the one where John Cusack foresees the end of the world.
And Cusack survives.
Now I feel OLD ... I do not recognize most of these and have seen fewer.
Worst Ending ... Lonesome Dove Mini-Series ... BECAUSE it ended ... it should immediately loop back to the beginning and start over.
