With all the news coming out this week including this from the New York times can we say “Obamagate”.
The F.B.I. is leading the investigations, aided by the National Security Agency, the C.I.A. and the Treasury Department’s financial crimes unit. The investigators have accelerated their efforts in recent weeks but have found no conclusive evidence of wrongdoing, the officials said. One official said intelligence reports based on some of the wiretapped communications had been provided to the White House.

This is much worse than Hillary getting all the FBI files on her political enemies when she was in the White House. Didn’t they find them in her personal residence portion... Much like the long lost Rose Law Firm billing records under subpoena.
Why would he have been under surveillance two years ago?
He was not running for POTUS two years ago. Was not considered a serious candidate by most one year ago.

Not sure if here or just on news articles, but I have commented numerous times over the past 8 years that Obama must have some good blackmail material on the Supremes and a bunch of Republicans too, to have a bunch of key votes fall the way they did...

I hopw Klayman and Montgomery saved copies of the disks they turned over to government officials—since the officials they turned them over to might be Deep State operatives themselves who would be liable to prosecution.
Otherwise they have probably been destroyed.
