Is Riki the program? Or does another do the streaming.
Roku plus Sling gives us more than we need at a good price.
Roku is probably the easiest electronics you will ever install assuming you have wifi.
You might want to consider adding a multi channel router so you don’t have computers on same network as Roku.
if you have Amazon Prime, you can access movies/British television series through Roku as well.
Add Acorn prime for $5/month and you can get basically every Brit tv series ever made.
We watch about 8 tv shows, zero movies and zero sports with the exception of the SF Giants.
A Prime plus Acorn is our main source of late afternoon and evening tv.
Love my roku. My kids got it for me. Love those British mysteries.
I tried both Roku and a HD antennae. Of the two I decided I would rather use the antennae. The Roku irritated me to distraction. That was about three months ago, so maybe something has changed for the better. At least with the antennae there is no monthly fee, but the downside is that there are only about ten channels I can get - and half of the time I can’t get more than one. (Trees and in a valley) A better antennae would likely help out a lot. I preferred it because it was simple as changing channels in the same way I am used to doing with cable.
SO, what we ended up doing is downgrading our cable package to the ‘starter’ line-up and keeping our internet service (no one else to get that from here). Saved $80.00 per month!!!
I still have one TV set up with the antennae in case the cable has an outage.
A couple of guys I know have “Jail Broken” Fire Sticks that give them unlimited access to everything out there. You know anything about then?
There are apps for tv guides. I use one that is customizable. Can list all air and streaming channels for PS Vue live tv. Works great.
I personally have found nothing at all useful on any channel on my Roku TV. Anything useful at all seems to be pay per view. Which I don’t want to do.
I have 3 roku and get some good use from them. There are hundreds of free channels depending on what you like. NewsMax is conservative news and free. Skynews gives you current news with the lib slant. Then you have History channel PBS Pandora and Youtube. With Youtube you can see either entire episodes or the highlights of many current things. I use Amazon Prime to get a ton of movie and TV content that is not realtime but who cares.
Might tweak these to your liking and give them a shot.

Have no newsprint and no idea the newspapers no longer published the schedules. The only reason to subscribe to any newspaper these days.
If the antenna doesn't have a signal booster, get an in-line booster to put between the TV and the antenna. Also, antenna placement can make a difference. Looks like Best Buy has several under $50. If your antenna has a built in booster make sure it is plugged into a power outlet and turned all the way up. (I just noticed one of the rabbit ear antennas with a booster at Best Buy was cheaper than most of the boosters). Sorry for the lack of a clickable link; cut and paste should work:

What is Channel Pear?
There are 3,000 + channels!
Try the FREE XTV and Channel Pear (5 channels your choice free)
Google the names as it is quicker to find and install.
It’s a bit more challenging to install. There are others here more equipped to guide you though installation better than I.
It is worth the effort. Not only does this carry Fox News, also Fox Business which is truly a plus :-)
There is a limit of 4 channels out of the many offered.
There are a LOT of channels and some are worth no more than what you pay for - $0.00
Of all the movies, have yet to find ‘THE BLACK SLEEP’ but was able to watch King Kong (2005?) this afternoon (the one with Jack Black)
And still searching for “Dark City”, too. Our ROKU home page has over 150 networks/channels from which to choose.
Popcorn??
