Chicken at Subway only contains about 50 percent chicken DNA, tests show
KDVR ^ | February 27, 2017 | Anica Padilla

The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation had researchers at Trent University’s Wildlife Forensic DNA Laboratory test the chicken from several fast food chains, including McDonald’s, Wendy’s, A&W, Tim Hortons and Subway.

Most of the scores were between 85 and 90 percent chicken DNA. Except at Subway.

The oven roasted chicken scored 53.6 percent chicken DNA and the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki (chicken strips) had just 42.8 percent chicken DNA, according to the CBC Marketplace investigation.

...

So what else is in the meat? According to the DNA testing, it’s soy.

Newspapers would be better for you. Unfermented soy causes increases in estrogen in men and boys.

Maybe but maybe not. The “study” might be to drive people from Subway to other sandwich shops.

I have eaten two times at Subway and regretted both times. Never again.

Every so often a fat customer disappears into the kitchen, never to be seen again except under glass as the makings of your next sandwich.....

All I ever get from Subway is the tuna sub. But now I wonder how much tuna is in the tuna?

Worry not, it's all Pacific Tuna bolstered with healthy doses of Mercury and Fukushima, so eat hearty and healthy!

>Insignificant increases.
For men and boys, the phytoestrogens in soy do not appear to have any effect on hormone levels and have not been shown to affect sexual development or fertility. Research studies show that men consuming soy have less prostate cancer and better prostate cancer survival.

All the manboobs I see on a regular basis says differently. In general you can’t trust nutritional science on anything that’s connected to vegetarianism such as soy consumption or opposed it like eating red meat. Far too much of the science is corrupted for political reasons.

Subway took a turn for the worse about ten years ago, in my opinion. Prior to that, they were an OK alternative to the standard burgers and fries fast food.

Now, the meat is suspicious and the bread has that bitter nasty taste like cold McDonalds french fries. I once would get a Subway footlong if I was in a rush, eat half of it and refrigerate the other half for lunch the next day. Not anymore. It isn’t good the first time around, so it doesn’t fare well at all reheated.

That’s somewhat of a relief. I was fearing the answer was going to be worse.

You can’t trust science with anything purportedly hazardous or beneficial to male reproductive health, either. They’re so rife with radical feminism that they’d conceal any feminizing effect upon males, due to soy or anything else.

I say try to avoid it as much as possible, especially with young boys who are still developing physically. Same with city water, for that matter. All the estrogen from birth control gets flushed down the toilet, into the municipal sewer system, treated and then released into rivers and streams for ingestion by people in the next town.

No wonder everybody’s gone soft and males are sprouting moobs, if you stop and think about it. Might explain the growing divide between city people and country people, too. Country people are spread out and use well water. Far less likely to eat anything with soy in it, too.
