Poor little rich girl. The youngest person ever to win the lottery in Britain wants to sue the jackpot honchos who made her wealthy because the dough “ruined her life,” according to a report. Jane Park, 21 — who won $1.25 million playing Euromillions at age 17 — says she was too young to cope with the sudden flood of wealth, according to the UK Mirror. “At times it feels like winning the lottery has ruined my life. I thought it would make it 10 times better but it’s made it 10 times worse,” she moaned to the paper.

A million isn’t that much these days. Even if she invested it all very wisely, it would only generate probably 5-8 percent... that’s $50-$80K per year. Yes, you can live on that... but not party like a billionaire and last for long at all.

If I won the lottery, I would spend the rest of my life searching for new and improved ways to trigger democrats

There are a lot of stories about lottery winners getting screwed up.

I guess the money doesn’t always bring the happiness many expect it to bring.

Seems like there’s a philosophical question to be answered in that.

Those aren't silicone, those are REAL.

Sadly I own three sets of Foobs but no visitation rights.

She evidently has not learned that less is more on the display portion of her assets.

Oh my, three pairs of boobs and they all left?! That isn’t good.

Even Beyoncé looked like a solid plastic mannequin the other night. I’m glad I’m not a guy.

Wouldn’t suing for more money make her even more miserable.

She should send the remaining money in her accounts to Free Republic. Doesn’t she know there’s a FReepathon going on?

Well to be honest two pairs went to my the wife of 20 years. She had them redone while I was in Iraq getting my a$$ shot at. Right before she decided to seek greener pastures.

One pair was to the one I should have never let get away.

Its only money. God has blessed me with the will and ability to make way more than I need to survive. You can't take it with you. Might as well share it.

The obvious answer for this broad.....get an education, and since you have the capital, start a business.

You’re bored because you’re uneducated and have nothing on your mind.

((Gotta ask... was it their idea??))

Awful about your wife. I am so sorry. A good woman would NEVER ditch her soldier husband. Marriages don’t always work out but it’s a promise to Gd and should only dissolve after all efforts have been expended to try and save it.

"I often say, winning the lottery would solve all my problems. And then I'd have a bunch of new problems."

You would have the exact same problems just with a couple of extra zero's trailing them on the back end.

$1 and a quarter million when you're 17 is hardly rich. Any annuity expert will tell you that in order to make an investment permanent, it must be invested safely, and you can take NO MORE than 4% out each year. That makes out to be $50,000 a year.

Now, 50K a year ain't chicken feed, but it's not "rich". A house, nice car, and a couple of vacations, and bam, you gotta start working.

Yes it was their idea every time. Just my money.

My ex was well endowed until we had kids. After we were done having kids she wanted them back.

The other, I pulled her out of a very controlling abusive relationship. She floated the idea and I was making that kind of money every two weeks so I didn't care. It was more a self esteem thing for her. Someone else is riding that Jet Ski now though. But if she safe and happy, I fulfilled my role in her life.
