If the 9th Circuit Court upholds the Washington States block of Trump's immigration pause will the Democrats be emboldened to stop every Trump action through the west coast courts?

Yes, the courts are always their ‘go to’. Gay marriage, immigration, healthcare...all issues that if given a vote would be a different outcome.

Many media "experts" compare it to Obama's halt to deportation but it's the opposite. Obama was breaking the law. Trump is trying to get immigration in line.
People have already forgotten that the terrorists in Ca were vetted.....by 5 different agencies. None of the "interviews" were face to face. This is all...just paperwork.
No way to tell where half these refugees are coming from. They have no papers....or they've obtained forged documents.
When we were in Mexico...and this was about 40 years ago, we were robbed.
Hubby was Italian. The Mexican police said they didn't want the money....they wanted his ID and would get some big bucks for it.

Good points. 6 of the 7 countries on the ban list have no central government - the exception is Iran.
How are we to get any credible information from these governments when they don’t have any info themselves? We are to trust terror-supporting countries, especially Iran, to give us information? They have a vested interest in sending people to this country that will help them “wipe the U.S. off the face of the map” like they’ve publicly stated many, many times.
We own SCOTUS and Trump will likely get 2 or 3 more justices.
We will have a Trump court for a generation or more.
And the NeverTrumpers still won’t apologize to all of us for their willingness to drive the country over the cliff?

Rush made a good point yesterday. He opined that even Trump was unprepared and caught off guard by the incredible degree of malfeasance demonstrated by the DemocRATs to date, and is having to adjust his strategies accordingly. Slowly but surely, Trump’s beginning to listen more closely to Priebus’ advice (the benefits of that notwithstanding).

But to play devils advocate, he was “caught off guard by the democrats?”
Hell, his entire campaign was dodging artillery barrages - how is this anything else?

It’s time to split the 9th Circus Court. Leave them with Hawaii Oregon and California and let the other Western States form a newCourt.
That’s the big danger about going to the courts, especially with a Supreme Court that’s not in your favor.
Trump should go ahead and force a Constitutional crises. Let’s get this thing over with. Trump should do what he has to do and then merely repeat Andrew Jackson’s words:
“The Judge(Marshall)has made his rule now let him enforce it.”
The only problem is the cowardice of the Republican leadership in Congress, but that can be over-ridden if the people stand with Trump.

Like you, I am optimistic that Trump will eventually prevail over these unhallowed RAT tactics. I guess learning how to “work” with the RATs as a real estate mogul in NYC is one thing, as opposed to fighting them as a President. Trump’s coming up to speed quickly.
If this ruling is allowed to stand, then it will set a precedent such that Trump, and every future President, will essentially have to clear all foreign policy decisions with Judge Robart. This is absurd, and I do have some hope that even the 9th Circuit will see that and overturn him.
That is a possibility too, but it seemed fair, reasonable and logical to temporarily ban these 7 countries. You want immigration halted for 90 days from all countries?
