Ivanka Trump finally broke her silence about rumors that she might fill the role of first lady when her father takes office on Friday in an interview with Good Morning America. 'Well, I think its an inappropriate observation. There's one first lady and she'll do remarkable things,' said Ivanka, referring to her father's wife Melania. She later told Deborah Roberts in the interview, which will air in full on 20/20 Thursday night, that she also found the comments 'sexist,' saying that they seemed to suggest that two women could not have a powerful role in her father's White House administration. Ivanka also revealed during the interview that she is still close to former first daughter Chelsea Clinton despite her father's victory over Hillary in the election, and said that she will likely go to her for advice once she settles down in Washington DC next week.

"'There's ONE first lady': Ivanka Trump calls suggestions that she will fill Melania's role 'sexist' while revealing she is still close to Chelsea Clinton and will go to her for advice "
Sounds as if Ivanka has her dad’s astute insight and political instincts.
I'm sure the family figured this all out immediately after he decided to run.
Melania is pretty quiet...but she too has a mind of her own. In fact, this family can be distinguished as totally being individuals. They don't play off each other...and appear to be totally honest in everything.
Fire your new sources, find new ones, Drama is soooo over-rated..
That picture looks like the jokes about the pretty girls keeping one ugly one around so that they stand out by contrast. I really feel bad for Chelsea.
Chelsea has the stink of the Clinton Foundation down to her bone marrow. Ivanka had best put on her running shoes and run away from the satanic Clinton's as fast as possible. When the nightmare in Haiti goes public it's going to get ugly fast.
Here's the least sensational thing I've seen on the "Foundation".
The Clinton Foundation: Largest Unprosecuted Criminal Global Charity Fraud and Conspiracy Ever
Chelsea Hubble is all I see.

She is a liberal and such suggestions were repeatedly reportedly come from the Trump camp. Reporting and speculating on such is hardly sexist.

The fake news (forevermore referred to as such) will continue to try every oblique angle to try to ruffle the best President of the century !

Ivanka grew up in very rarified air. Her father was a celebrity mogul, from her early childhood. She rubbed shoulders with kings and queens and grew up and vacationed with their kids.
For our dislike of Clintons, Chelsea does afford Ivanka, the insight and comfort, of someone who knows what microscope being the child of a POTUS brings.
Ivanka, so far, really is Teflon.
The media is looking for any angle. Any chink.
The other day, they were actually complaining that Ivanka is TOO perfect. Calling her a Stepford wife.

Chelsea is not ugly...just sort of average looking.
However, she seriously looks like Web Hubbell.
Ivanka is correct. The implication is the stereotype that two women will be overcome by catty behavior.
She learned from her father the importance of talking to a wide range of people and in “getting along with everybody”. It’s a smart move to do that with Chelsea, who can provide some insight into happenings in Clintonia and Ivanka-Chelsea is the only viable connection between the two families.
And shouldn’t Chelsea be celebrating her mom’s blanket pardon about now?
If you're talking strictly about the century of the 2000's, it's very possible. (Though I think Bush did a very admirable job steering us through 9/11) (The rest???...)
But if you are referring to the last one hundred years, Trump has a long way to go just to make the short list.
Years of watching The Celebrity Apprentice reinforces the stereotype. Not talking about Ivanka. I mean the women Celebrities. Women’s teams fall apart with the catty behavior.
Although, men get catty, too.
Just finished watching some of the New Celebrity Apprentice. Jon Lovitz is a piece of work and Boy George really does get DIVAish for a has been.
