Meryl Streep's speech condemning President-elect Donald Trump for perceived bullying tactics and intolerance didn't go over well with at least two of the stars in the gilded Golden Globes audience on Sunday night.
Mel Gibson, known as conservative, and Vince Vaughn, known as libertarian, death glared throughout Streep's speech - with Vaughn demonstrating the ability to not blink for an uncomfortably long period of time.
Gibson looked confused as he frowned and touched his chin as Meryl took Donald Trump to task for mocking a disabled reporter, bullying, and inciting disrespect and violence.
Twitter noticed that the pair's stony mugs stood in stark contrast to many of the enraptured Hollywood faces surrounding them.

I don’t have trouble logging one, but sometimes I get so many popups there is only a couple of lines that I can see.
When WikiLeaks provided their document dump, I watched some you tube videos from links that were on various threads. During that time, I got two phone calls in a 2 week period.
The person said that they were getting a warning signal from my computer and that I needed to pull up my computer and follow their directions while they stayed on the phone to fix the problem.
I told them that my computer didn’t have any problems, and I thought that they needed to mind their own business and hung up. On the second call, I also added that they should not call again, or I would be reporting them to law enforcement.
While it’s a likely coincidence, it was a bit perturbing.

You're not the only one. There are several Freepers who have gotten similar calls.
Usually it's the guy from India (I asked him where he was) who says he works for Microsoft and their 'logs' show all these 'errors' on my computer.
Twice he called, and both times I enjoyed playing along with his 'solution'. Of course, I was only using functions that displayed things, and never did anything he asked that I knew would modify my computer.
When he would ask me how many of 'this' or 'that' showed up on my computer, I would make up numbers.
Since his reaction was always the same ("OH, MY GOD") I knew he was lying about everything and after tiring of his games, I would hang up.

I just don’t have the patience nor the time to string them along. When I was younger I sometimes used to do stuff like that. Now that I am a senior citizen, I try to avoid all phone conversations that I haven’t initiated.
My cell phone has names for all phone calls that I might need to talk to. If I get a number with no name, I just ignore it. I also don’t answer the phone in the morning, because that’s normally the only time I actually go to sleep after a night of insomnia.
I have told everyone that if they want to talk to me call in the afternoon, so I don’t feel bad about not answering.
switch to Google Chrome. Works fine for me with fewer problems than Firefox.

Her recent movie seems to be just a mockery of a woman who cannot defend herself from being mocked.

She went on and on for several minutes about nothing to do with an award show. People came for a good time onlt to have to listen to crazy lady who would not shut up.
BTW you just know she practiced and practiced her acting err... her speech jotting down notes when her voice should break or maybe even tears should start to flow.

The last time I got a call like that I strung the guy along for 20 minutes. He kept asking me to look for keys on my keyboard to press, and I told him I couldn’t find them. What he didn’t know was that as he was walking me through the process in painstaking detail, I was actually reading off the keys on an old electric typewriter in the corner of my office. LOL.
