I don’t have cable, so couldn’t watch any of the best shows on Election night. I’ve been having fun watching too! I prefer the full broadcasts vs. the short clips, though.

The women sure don’t have any solidarity with their sisters voting for Trump.

Videos and stills of liberal tears over Hillary’s loss are the best kind of porn there is.

I have the same addiction...watching the Young Turks.
Even my teenaged kids laugh at them.

By the way, I found this Australian politics talk show on Trump’s victory to have some great analysis - much better than many American shows. And the guests clearly love the fact that Trump one.

Don’t ask me for a solution to this addiction - I spent Monday rewatching CNN and Tuesday rewatching NBC.
(Loving it!)

Oh, my!
I forgot about PBS - I bet they still haven’t called Florida, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin yet.

I went to bed at 8:30 EST trying to assimilate President Cankles. My wife stayed up till 3 but didn't tell me anything. The next morning I was walking my dog got a text from my son, TUMP WINS!!!!
Spent the rest of the day in delight watching the reruns.

Thanks for the thread and the resultant links. The other night was a "bad" tcm night in our opinion, so for our evening entertainment, my husband and I sat side by side watching YouTube videos of election night. George Stephanopoulos getting sadder and sadder was fun.
What I would like to see is a longer version of the Empire State Building election night. Watching it light up for Trump's win is joyous!

NBC, CBS and ABC each had an eminence grise; Tom Brokaw, Bob Schieffer, Charlie Gibson respectively.
Gibson brought alliteration skills:
"The toxic nature of this campaign is truly dismaying...this campaign truly, truly dismays me...because the divisons are so great...Paul Ryan has a devilish problem, his constituency is a devilishly difficult group to manage...I don't want to be a Debbie Downer but one of the things that's so dismaying is people can't talk to each other anymore.....the deep divisions have divided us as a country..."
(Gibson attended Princeton, that's where he must have learned how to think profound thoughts.)
Another self-made spectacle was Chris Matthews on MSNBC, repeatedly needing Brian Williams to complete his sentences, his own thoughts eluding him, his memory failing him.

He wasn’t searching. He was informing the Dems PRECISELY where to go and how many votes to manufacture! That was a beautiful failed effort to watch.
