It was a true political miracle that Democratic establishment candidate Hillary Clinton was soundly defeated in the 2016 Presidential election. It is a testament to the will of the people, who finally gained the courage to speak up against powerful and corrupt government and corporate interests.
You can be sure this shocking defeat must have stung for Hillary Clinton, who went into seclusion for a prolonged period following the election. It has also left the Democratic party scrambling to fill the power vacuum left following Clinton’s stunning loss. They may have found their answer, and it is both pathetic and scary.
According to inside sources, Hillary Clinton is planning to keep the organization of her 2016 campaign intact so that she can run once again for President (for the third time) in 2020.
Stated one source, “She’s convinced that, sooner than later, the voters will come to their senses and realize they made a horrible mistake by putting [Donald] Trump in the White House. She’s sure the voters will beg her to get in the race and she says, ‘I’m going to run again in 2020.’”
Added the source, “She told me—and I’m paraphrasing: ‘Trump has no idea what it’s like to run the biggest corporation in the world, the United States government. He has no f—–g idea how complicated it is, how many cogs are spinning at the same time, how many people are fighting at cross purposes, how much disinformation you get.’” Bill Clinton, however, is against the idea. Explained a source with ties to Bill, “Bill hopes Hillary will see the light and change her mind. He’s sure the party will want a fresh new face come 2020.” Do you hope Hillary stays away from Presidential politics for good?

My wife says the same thing. In some ways she pities her because nothing is enough. She’s been US Senator, SecState, First Lady, author-—but it’s not enough. They have millions, but it’s not enough.

Hell no, I hope she plugs along. This would be the best possible thing. The worst candidate in all history goes for it again. Wicked witch of the east indeed. The old crone at 74? If she rigs the Democrat primary again she will lose even bigger next time, there’s probably another six states...Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico, New Hampshire, Virginia and Minnesota...that are gone for her.
The only problem is that almost any other Democrat will beat her in the primary unless she locks down the rigging a lot tighter than she did this time.
I hope she leads the new colonization of Mars in 2020! Just think: there possibly could only be the Democrap Party on the Red Planet... Wow! They would win 100% of the time - just like they think they do here on Earth!

That is the biggest false narrative to come out of the 2016 presidential race. Hillary never had it in the bag, and was, in fact, running behind Trump the entire time. Only the skewed polls and overblown media hype made it seem otherwise.

In my view, it’s not so much that the donations to the Clinton Global Initiative have dried up. Bill and Hillary are already set for life in that regard.
It’s more a case of the Clintons still being in a position of having to deliver the access and political favors they’ve already been paid for.
They can’t just throw up their hands and say, “Oh well. We tried.” They’ve been given billions of dollars by the sort of people who expect and demand a return on their investments.
I don’t think she will (or even can) run again, but she’s got to do something to make those sharks back off.
