I heard Trump live tonight. That was one of his best statements of the speech. It will be a great four to eight years of Trump.
I love this guy......what I love is that he really does not brag about wealth he brags about getting a good deal on what ever he buys... yes it sounds like he is bragging about his wealth but that is only because he is wealthy and so the things he owns are expensive...if he was not wealthy he would be bragging about what a good deal he got on the groceries he was buying in the store or how little the rent was on the great property he was living in.

Very true. Very likely. I learned during the campaign season that many times, Trump will speak in parables or metaphors.
He is not always expecting to be taken literally. His goal is to communicate a particular message or illustrate an overall conclusion.

I noticed that he will repeat a phrase 2-3 times. He also holds his hand up with the thumb and first finger in a circle, the other 3 fingers upright. It is very much like an old orthodox rabbi making a point with repetition and gesticulation. It’s very interesting to watch.

Who knows. There may be something to that. In many cases, the upraised hand does become a sort of swinging amulet, metronome or focal point while certain conceptual phrases are softly repeated and thus ingrained. Public Speaking is about a lot more than just talking loudly and reciting a script. All three presidential candidates (Trump, Hillary, Bernie) were effective in their own ways, some, obviously more effective than others.
