Essentially it says that Clinton is trying to corrupt the coming Electoral College vote. Suggests Establishment/NeoCons are putting forward a third candidate to be voted into power so that Trump will not become President.

19 december electoral college vote can be overturned / not accepted when the new congress meets on 6 january if electors do get stupid and go rogue .... none issue IMO.
