Accusing someone of being a pedophile, without any real evidence to back it up, is about as low as a person can get.
One of my good friends was accused by his ex-wife. She’s a nut and lost custody of their daughter. She’s one of those that would just throw anything out there for her gain.
I would have little doubt that your former co-worker’s ex-wife contributed to his death. Sorry people like her should carry that burden the rest of their lives but I don’t believe they do. They really don’t care about anything but their own shallow existence.
I’ve never met a group of FReepers who would throw a party at Comet Pizza, having seen that disgusting video of the kind of entertainers who either rent or are hired to do parties there. But the beauty of FR has always been the intellectual depth of many posters. Freedom loving, God fearing, limited government espousing conservatives. Nobody around here has any tolerance for pedos. I imagine you already know that. But PizzaGate makes truly extraordinary claims. Murder. Pedophilia. Politicians. Hillary Clinton. This isn’t about a group of unknowns in Detroit or Modesto - if so I doubt you’d have Alex Jones & Cernovich tweeting constantly about it.
This conspiracy alleges that people that are WELL KNOWN are involved in murder and pedophilia - yet falls way, way short of proving it.
That is my problem with it. Uncovering pedophila? A good thing. Whipping up a frenzy of accusations against John Podesta (and even Hillary, by association) without a single shred of actual proof that he so much as looked at kiddie pics online? Accusing him of child murder (as every PizzaGate video I’ve seen does)? Now that’s another thing. And in the case of some of these right wingers, fueling the fire also serves to enrich them more, as it’s their bread and butter to get “more followers”.

I have not been following this closely, but I’m struck by the number of of posters calling this a crazy conspiracy. I remember there being a lot of the same type of posts arguing that it was inconceivable that there could be any conspiracy surrounding TWA 800. Just saying.
The tweet from Andrew Breitbart was about Planned Parenthood, not a comment on John Podesta being a pedophile. But claerly you already know that. It’s not up to me to prove to you that John Podesta is not a pedophile. We live in America, not Saudi Arabia. He is innocent until proven guilty. As the wife of a lawyer I’ve seen what happens to people who get railroaded plenty of times. Railroad much, Electric Graffiti?
Have you seen the videos accusing John Podesta of abducting the little girl in Portugal, in 2007, without a shred of proof other than a mug shot drawing of what people “thought” the killer may look like?

Last nite I thought I’d watch a Youtube video that sounded as if it were about the Zapruder film and it’s impact. It was interesting until about 10 minutes in, where it turned into some poor deluded fellow going on about his goofy pet theory involving a bomb-type device in the back of the seat in front of JFK as being the *real* weapon. I got JFK-Rickrolled good there, heh.
