The main problem with prosecuting the Hildabeast...
The problem with prosecuting Hilda would be keeping the jury awake for the four or five hours it would take for the DA to read off the list of crimes she's guilty of. This is similar to the big joke you see in Sergio Leone's classic Western "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly" in which the sheriff begins reading off the list of crimes Tuco (Eli Wallach) is wanted for. At that point Eastwood walks into a saloon and begins questioning people about something or other and takes his time at it and when he walks back onto the street, the sheriff is still reading off the list of crimes...
Only in the case of the Hildabeast, it's no joke, it's real.
The prosecution of Hillary was meant to show us that no one was above the law. Not prosecuting her confirms that a class of people, such as politicians, the wealthy, or elites, are not held to the same standards as a normal person. If fairness is to prevail, she must be prosecuted. Not doing so would cause one to question Trump’s credibility, something he doesn’t need this early in his administration.
Which is why I have long advocated granting Egypt her extradition.
She would end as Sadam Hussain ended.
She is overdue for a Ceaucescu moment, that is for sure.
Trump has enough to do. Hillary is a distraction. He can afford to look magnanimous and keep the possibility of more investigations as a threat.
Or, keep it on the table so Obama is forced to pardon her. Makes him look bad for all of history as well as her.
Not too soon?
Julian Assange and Anonymous threw everything including the kitchen sink at Hillary in the election and some of the stuff which turns up in the kitchen sink is staggering.
What I believe I am seeing is a gargantuan system of control, the main purpose of which is to totally compromise and thereby control at least a voting majority of our legislators in both houses of congress, as well as others in powerful positions in government. Elements of that control system include this "pizza-gate" network, Jeffrey Epstein's "Lolita" island, the Clinton Foundation itself, and the near infinite money supply controlled by George Soros, the Rothschilds, and others in the investment banking community.
The big question is, how big is this network and how many legislators and others does it control? Who all and how many people need to be removed from public life on account of it?
There are other sticky-wicket type questions involved in separating sheep from goats. In other words, who on the controllers' list is actually involved in pedophile or other crooked activities and who has simply been trapped? For instance, incoming congressman Thomas Smith goes to Washington D.C., sets up shop at the capital, and three months after his arrival is invited to a party which he knows nothing about thinking it to be just a way to meet some of his fellow representatives in a social setting, walks in the door and "CLICK!!!", presto he's on camera with the Podestas, Hillary, Bill, Mr. Comet, and four or five half nude children..... Like, GOTCHA!!
God help whoever has to try to sort all of that out.
The kicker is, as I see it, is that Donald Trump has to take this entire system of control down before he tries to do anything else. I do not see how he can hope to work with a congress which remains controlled by something like this. And I couldn't even guess how this thing breaks across party lines. Draining the swamp may mean losing fifty to a hundred GOP congressmen... My own view would be to go ahead and do it, the denouement would be fifty or a hundred special elections and, hopefully, that many uncompromised new republican congressmen returning to Washington a month or two later.
I think Trump knows the truth about Hillary’s health and also has the proof of her and Bill’s crimes. I think he made a deal with them; keep quiet and retire from the public eye and I will let you live out what’s left of our life in peace. If you don’t then suddenly I will find new and very serious evidence that will compel me to launch an investigation leading to your conviction. Take your pick. Just a thought.
Breaking that control system has to be a much higher priority than dealing with Hillary.
Vindictiveness doesn’t play. Even if it’s right, it leaves a bad taste in voters mouths. Trump won, Clinton lost, the Clinton empire is done (well it never existed but now even liberals know), her career is done. Getting in last licks will strengthen the left, alienate the middle and the right is already energized so who cares.
Trumps job is far too big to be concerned with petty nonsense like the clintons crime family syndicate of organized crime at this point. Yes, it made for a good election issue, but now that he has the big job; let others do that kind of light lifting.
You have the right of it. This is exactly the advice that Trump should follow. I predict if he does nothing, an Honest Justice Department will end up prosecuting Hillary anyway, lest Trump steps in and stops them.
I agree.
