The Gremans have a term: Fingerspitzengefühl. Translated it means "finger tip feelings".
So turn out all the noise, the media, the spin. What does your gut tell you about tomorrow's election?
Felt Reagan would win both times. Just knew it.
Felt Bush 1 would win
Wasn’t sure the 2nd time with Bush 1 because of the taxes (i.e., read my lips, no new taxes)
Felt Dole would lose. Couldn’t understand why he was pushed out as nominee.
Felt Bush 2 would win, both times - even thought 2nd time he was starting to make me angry (amnesty, big govt, patriot act, etc.)
Never liked McCain - I called him another Dole candidate. Hoped he would win, but never felt he would.
I was very ‘meh’ about Romney - and knew that he blew it after Hurricane Sandy - the man literally disappeared and let Obozo look like a hero.
I feel Trump will win, and will surprise everyone - but only if there is not massive voter fraud.
My worry? I think the corruption is so deep now that we may need a new revolution at this point to set things right. I don’t believe I’m alone thinking it - in fact from what I hear, I’m just one of many people saying it.
I think too many are wat too cozy voting a Democrat position due to government jobs and entitlements that went beyond the elderly or massively disabled,
Trump IMO is up three.
I hope he is up in the right states.
I lastly hope the election isn’t being stolen through the marvels of modern electronics and programming.
If I could, I would, give you a “like” for your post.<p< Seems like you found it before I did.
My gut says it’s going to be Hillary Clinton & I’m already preparing for 2018.
I want to also say I am mad Republicans and conservatives have not been suing the liberal bias in education all the time in court.
We’ve allowed the brainwashing of at least three generations.
I agree 100%. My gut says tomorrow will only the beginning, the beginning of something loooooong overdue.
Drain that swamp!
To eat light tonight
Trump wins by 5-6 pts.
Four years ago, I thought that there were enough voting Americans to dump Obama. I was shocked and depressed by the result.
Four years later, I have prepared my mind to accept the fact that the combination of victims, welfare staters, vote fraud and foolish liberals will elect for the fascist Hillary!
She will be the next POTUS. God help us all.
Its time to go Galt.
Hitlery steals the election through massive voter fraud.
Vandekock! I remember you! - RCP provides an average of polls, which tend to be more accurate than any single poll, especially if you are just looking at the one that make you happy.
Same thing it has been saying for months only bigger. Landslide Trump.
Pray America wakes
You damn right he does.
And then we see the turnaround. In two years, all but the most ardent socialists are going to ask themselves “why did I not like this guy?”
I hope he takes the media to task for their deliberate obfuscation of the truth that he was winning all along.
Zero’s damage wasn’t palpable, yet, with Ebola and the illegal trains and ISIS and zerocare blowing up. That wasn’t evident until ‘14, when crossover dems helped turn it all red, and they’re in the same, if not stronger, mindframe right now.
They realized in/by the midterms that their party had left THEM.
I hope you are right!
My gut is conflicted too.
You cannot average a bunch of polls to create a poll.
It’s a goofy concept that doesn’t make logical sense.
Take surveys of different numbers of people, at different times, using different weighing, and goodness knows what other monkeying around, and then just add them together (and divide by X?) and get a number?
That is like a Xerox of a Xerox pretending to be an original.
It’s bad math, cheap logic, and shoddy reasoning.
The same I felt about it 6 months ago:
It’s going to be close. Virginia will be an absolute toss up. The godforsaken rats will cheat. The gop-e leadership will do their best to eff it up. The workers on the ground will make heroic efforts.
Basically nothing has changed in 6 months to change my view. I’ll be working the polls and my conscience will be clear.
Vote. Get others to vote. And pray.
