DENVER (CBS4) Investigators say a man who hit and killed a woman on Colorado Boulevard was going 134 miles per hour in a 35 mile per hour zone.
The crash involving four vehicles happened last month.

He admitted to the crime saying he was just being stupid. He said he just moved here from Tennessee to get a fresh start and has been staying with friends. He says he was driving downtown to check out the city when the crash happened.
I killed somebody and I ask for forgiveness, he told CBS4.
White admits he was speeding when the cars crashed on Colorado Boulevard. A woman driving a Prius was killed.
He told CBS4 last month, however, he wasnt driving as fast as police now claim.
I was going 90 miles an hour, White said.
from the crash scene on foot, but its also possible he was picked up by another driver.
White says he remembers the crash, even waking up, but says he thought he was dead. Brice asks, Do you remember how you got there (City Park) or why you didnt have your clothes on?
I really dont know, says White. Something just took over me, told me to go there.
White says he never mean to kill anybody. I just hope that the family forgives me and Im sorry about this, says White.
Hes scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.
These cases should be tried at 1st Degree Murder.
Well, obviously he had no criminal intent. He's free to go.
Typical feral: I’m sorry. Forgive me. She’s dead.
Unfortunately, some of these killers kill innocents in other cars, pedestrians or bike riders during normal hours.
The left wing tv channels never show the pictures of the killers.
However, a little searching, often, shows someone like this:
Sometimes the killers have a last name that is common with people from south of the border. Of course, no one identifies them as illegals.
Basic math. How long between objects as viewed from traffic camera as.

Yeah. If they have a traffic camera. Someone else said it was the cars computer that tattled on the guy. :)

The above is the case filed. He told the paramedics he was going over 90 and had been smoking weed. The 134mph figure was taken from the computer on the car. He is being charged with first degree murder.
Why are you assuming he would stop for a red light? Somebody who does this, then strips and dances on a statue in the middle of a pond probably isn't worrying about traffic lights.
These cases should be tried at 1st Degree Murder.
...
It is. See my post #28.
According to the case documents the speed was taken from the computer. See post #28.
When I said “hit the lights just right”, I meant more than I said. ;-)
I meant that he didn’t hit anything on his climb to speed.
Of course, it’s possible his car was only doing 134 for a fraction of a second.
What was he driving?
...
A 2014 Dodge Challenger.
That must have been some killer weed..
...
According to the case filed against him, he told the paramedics he had been smoking weed.
Drugs alcohol or just no brain cells?
From the amount of damage done to both cars. Physics still works
Yes.
Relativistic time dilation. His clock was running slow.
The Hellcat Challenger does 144 mph in the standing 1/2 mile, at altitude, but his was a 2014, so it wasn’t a Hellcat.
The 2014 Scat Pack Challenger has 485hp and will do 130 mph in the standing 1/2 mile at altitude. If’s its going 35/45mph and you mash it, it will be going 134 mph in about 1/2 mile.
They should be able to download the OBD data and know exactly how fast it was going before the crash.
