woo hoo.
now we only need the ark to be discovered and that is the start of the end of the world.
How is it an “accident” if they were intentionally looking for something to be at the bottom of the sea?
Reminds me of a 1930s salvage book, where old timers told of the "dead man walking" on a recent shipwreck.
Evidently it sank in fairly shallow waters and a hard hat diver was sent down. About 15 minutes later he's yelling "get me up! Get me up!". The crew thought it was an equipment failure and brought the guy up. He damned near crawled out of the suit, wide-eyed in terror.
When he calmed down, he said he was below decks, exploring a passageway when he saw a guy slooowly coming towards him. That's when he decided to get out. He refused to go down again.
They got another guy to go down and he reported that it was the body of a crew member. When they got the body topside, they discovered it was the skipper, who had a belt containing gold coins. As the body gasses built up, at that particular point, it was just enough weight to give the bloated corpse an upright position, that gently swayed in the current.
