Fellow Freepers, I need some encouragement about the 2016 Presidential Election. I've got the same sinking feeling that I had before Obama's 2 elections. I've stated before that Trump was not my 1st choice for the Republican nomination. But he won and I wholeheartedly endorse his campaign. All major media outlets (including Fox) has actively come out against him. A 12 yr old "hot mike" slang conversation is being used to destroy him. Paul Ryan and a host of other establishment Republicans are working to elect Hillary Clinton. Even after a brave and domineering debate performance the talking heads like Rove put him almost double digit down to one of the most corrupt individuals in American History. Americans seem content to pack the Supreme Court with people who don't believe in law. They are about to elect a President who set the Mideast aflame. She believes Christians only have the right to espouse their beliefs in a Church. SisterK and Stars and Stripes have faithfully that America wakes up before we leap into this precipice of moral extinction. I've said all this to say that I need encouragement. My fellow Christians say that I should not fret because God is in control. But I still worry about the pain that is about to reign down upon our beloved America. I know Donald Trump is flawed like all of us but he really believes in fighting for the neglected people in our country. Please give me some perspective on the next 20 some days ti the election. Thank all of you Freepers for the island of freedom you have carved out.
You know, moron, It’s people like you that give homo sapiens a bad name!
Another one of my unscientific observations. I remember before pro wrestling got big the matches would be “fought” at places like the old Sunnyside Arena in Queens, the Westchester County Ctr in White Plains, the Hesterly Armory in Tampa, the Olymipic Auditorium in LA or other such small arenas with a 1-2000 seat capacity. They would position the TV cameras in such a way as to make these arenas appear larger and more crowded than they actually were. Her Henious’rallies are so sparsely attended her roadies can’t even pull off that trick.
Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania
Wow you’re delusional!
Wow. Big, big crowd.
Oh please a wise man doesn’t side with the BLM\La Raza\Occufilth and accuse his opponent of inciting riots (the Chicago “protest” that was more violent then the MSM displayed)
FYI, you are a bit of a snowflake....
What scares me as much as Hillary are the folks who cast a blind eye to all her baggage. There are a lot of Dems who will grudgingly vote for Clinton to support the Party. There are also a lot of jackasses out there who just hate anything ‘conservative’, Republican, or religious. Politics have permeated their lives.
Most older woman voters—who will likely never have another chance to vote for a woman—don’t care about her sleaze and crimes enough to vote for anyone other than Clinton.
I do know a number folks who call themselves progressive who are not going to vote for Clinton, however.
wow! Three sane voices on FreeRepublic tonight!
Hang in there. You are not the only one who is struggling. The lack of support that is showing on this thread should not discourage you.
Any way you look at it. . .You’re a HOMO!
It doesn’t mean he doesn’t have legit fears of the hostile Uniparty Globalist Mafia, does it?
Ted Cruz sides with Black Lives Matter? Where did you get that from?
I was just thinking today how wonderful and positive I feel about the election. Trump is in control. Just look how well he did in the debate. He is amazing. He is a winner. Anyone else would be gone esp after the way the media has attacked him.
My suggestion: pray, give thanks for your blessings. AND watch Trump’s rallies on YouTube or on your computer. Watch Lou Dobbs and Hannity. Go to your local GOP HQ. If they are positive about Trump, volunteer. Don’t watch any shows or talk to anyone who is negative. It does you no good when you are feeling like this
Right so does Cruz!
Tell him that if being an inexperienced egotist was a disqualification for the Presidency, we wouldn't be saddled with the guy who's currently in the White House.
