A few days ago I watched the 2015 movie, "Steve Jobs" on the Tube. One word description: BORING!!! Despite great material to work with, it was one big borefest. Aaron Sorkin's scipt was largely to blame. It didn't feel like real people involved talking. It came off as a platform for SorkinSpeak. You can always tell a movie he has written. It has his peculiar SorkinSpeak which consists of rapid fire chit chat signifying nothing.
Okay, that is my idea of the most boring movie that I have ever seen. What is yours? Remember, this doesn't mean WORST movie, only most BORING movie.

The Unbearable Lightness of Being. Arty crap.I liked it. The stunning nudity alone kept it from being boring. The best part was that it showed the Commie crackdown on Czechoslovakia. But I only saw it once and didn't feel compelled to see it again.

“The Unbearable Lightness of Being.”
Seconded.
I couldn’t think of a boring movie I’ve seen, until you mentioned that one.
What a stinker.

They were showing it on a flight. Screens were down but nobody was really watching.

“Beaches”, the 1989 chick flick staring Bette Midler and Barbara Hershey. I ended up breaking up with my first serious girlfriend over it. I was 16, she drug me to the theater to watch this abomination, it was 2 plus hours of sheer boredom and I couldn't even get any “action” like I would normally do at a boring movie because my girlfriend was too busy weeping (apparently it was sad, one of the chicks died, personally I was hoping both would...). Well she insisted I go again the next night because she wanted to take her best friend. I flat out refused. She started with the, “If you love me...” line. I responded, “I don't love anybody enough to sit through that pile of s**t again.” Which apparently wasn't the right thing to say as it led to a big fight and us breaking up....

My Dinner With Andre Oh yeah. If it's any comfort, the little guy having to listen to that pretentious fart expounding fatuities for 90 minutes was the guy who wrote it. Even he looked bored.
I'm hoping for a remake involving zombies.

“Transformers: Age of Extinction”
Bored me to tears, although there was a little unintentional humor sprinkled throughout.

Nice departure from politics for a while, this thread! What about the movie that disappointed you the most? For me, I think it was Indiana Jones And The Kingdom of The Crystal Skull.

There was a lot of subliminal stuff going on. I know I’m weird but I liked it.
