Name the most BORING Movie You Ever Saw
Self | October 1, 2016 | PJ-Comix

A few days ago I watched the 2015 movie, "Steve Jobs" on the Tube. One word description: BORING!!! Despite great material to work with, it was one big borefest. Aaron Sorkin's scipt was largely to blame. It didn't feel like real people involved talking. It came off as a platform for SorkinSpeak. You can always tell a movie he has written. It has his peculiar SorkinSpeak which consists of rapid fire chit chat signifying nothing.

Okay, that is my idea of the most boring movie that I have ever seen. What is yours? Remember, this doesn't mean WORST movie, only most BORING movie.

The Lonely Guy, Steve Martin. Wanted to like it but it was really bad.

Seems that all movies are boring reading these comments. Perhaps a better more positive question would be: “Which movies are not boring?”

Mick LaSalle gave a largely negative review. “A.I. exhibits all its creators’ bad traits and none of the good. So we end up with the structureless, meandering, slow-motion endlessness of Kubrick combined with the fuzzy, cuddly mindlessness of Spielberg.” Dubbing it Spielberg’s “first boring movie”,

Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens. Eye candy was ok, but this movie made Stars Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones seem like a masterpiece in comparison.

Will Farrel’s another one who thinks anything he says is going to be funny. He’s very not funny most of the time.

I couldn’t stand Robin Williams or Johnathan Winters for the same reason. They always tried too hard to make stupid jokes instead of letting them flow naturally.

August Rush was a very bad retelling of Oliver Twist.

“Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?”

Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor trash each other,
then their house guests. That’s it. Big stars, big bore.

I second A.I. Never have I sat through such a boring, pretentious, over-hyped movie.

When I saw Bo Derek's "Tarzan and Jane" back in the 80's, I walked out about 1/3 of the way through along with most of the rest of the audience (after they had been yelling insults at the performances and throwing food at the screen).

My sister-in-law insisted I watch "Mama Mia," but after the first 10 minutes of a bunch of girls giggling while running on the beach together, I bailed.

“Fantasia” my parents sent my older brother and younger sisters to this gem. They told us it was a pirate movie. Nine months later we had another brother.

Pirate movie my a$$!

I liked The Force Awakens at first, but a second viewing made me realize how forced it was...no pun intended. And I am an enormous Star Wars fan.
