A British sniper took out a feared ISIS executioner as he prepared to murder several hostages by shooting a fuel tank on his back and incinerating him.
The SAS marksman fired a single round from his Barrett .50 calibre sniper rifle at the terrorist, who was about to use a flame thrower to kill 12, from 1,500m.
The bullet hit the flame thrower's fuel tank and caused a huge fireball, also killing three other ISIS members who were ready to film the execution.

From HumanEvents.com, April 29, 2008:
"By all accounts, he [Obama friend and associate, Bill Ayers] was a ferocious, violent, revolutionary Marxist in his halcyon days as a Weatherman leader. He and his Weatherman bombers were enamored of Ho Chi Minh, Che Guevara, Fidel Castro, Mao Tse-tung -- indeed, all the murderous heroes on the Left. Referring to the Weatherman members in August 1969, he said (according to the FBI): 'We're revolutionary Communists.'
He got off on the group's multiple explosions, too, and discusses them rather lovingly in his memoir.
Ideal Bombing Weather:
'Everything was absolutely ideal on the day I bombed the Pentagon,' he writes (although he concedes it was really a group effort). 'The sky was blue. The birds were singing. And the bastards were finally going to get what was coming to them.' (p. 256 in the 2003 edition.)

Yeah, I even did, but it’s just not the same...
“I am surprised the SAS is using a Barrett, when a company in their own country makes a more accurate, and much lighter weapon in .338 Lapua.”
A fine weapon it is, but at 1500 meters the 50 caliber has a better chance of hitting the target. If I am not mistaken I think the Brits use both weapons.
can you imagine the stink if today we used flame throwers as we did on Japanese soldiers in the Pacific?
Chase em out of caves.

The Special Air Service (SAS) is a special forces unit of the British Army. The SAS was founded in 1941 as a regiment, and later reconstituted as a corps in 1950.
The Wiki link took me to an absolutely fascinating history of the highly-specialized and much-undercover work of the crack SAS units. Much appreciated.
Such brave heros!

Deplorables Unite... we have nothing to lose but our chains. Speaking truth to lies gives us strength..
Islamophobic - wariness of Islam is a valid fear to us deplorable basket cases.
a) Fifteen years after one of the worst attacks in the name of Islam on American soil by followers of Islam that killed thousands of innocents in the World Trade Center towers in New York, the Pentagon in Washington DC and a plane that went down in Pennsylvania because heroes on board overpowered the terrorists, stopping their plans for even more destruction;
b) Four years after an attack in the name of Islam by followers of Islam on the American Embassy in Benghazi killed four brave Americans because then Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton (D) didn't call out the troops to protect them after a 3am wake up call;
c) Brutal beheadings of Americans and others in the name of Islam by followers of Islam;
d) mass killings in the name of Islam by followers of Islam in San Bernardino, California and Orlando, Florida, Paris, France not to mention to Muslim world and more, more and even more over the centuries we're wary of the followers of Islam.
That's not phobic; wariness of Islam is a valid fear to us deplorable basket cases.
The SAS also uses a .50 cal rifle made by Accuracy international which is an anti materiel rifle. The .338 is an anti personnel rifle. The benefit of using .50 cal is that the results can be more spectacular. Special forces have wide discretion in the choice of arms.
"also killing three other ISIS members who were ready to film the execution."
Blame the sniper. ;)
No doubt all our Western politicians are looking closely at this to see if it was “unacceptable cruelty” and warrants punishment.
More than that, they’re calculating how they can generate political mileage by saying so.
Wonder that obama’s Delicate Doilies in the Pentagon are doing....
After watching 9/11 replays this AM I needed something to cheer me up.
Have a big grin on my face.
A football field is about 100 meters long. He killed someone from fifteen football fields away? That’s jaw-dropping.
Reach out
reach out and touch someone.
Reach out
call up and just say ‘hi.’
Reach out
reach out and touch someone.
Wherever you are
you’re never too far.
They’re waiting to share your day!
Another Brit sniper nailed a guy at 2707 yards. That’s 27 football fields.
They all got a little foretaste of where they were going. Sweet.
