Ping!
it’s too late......
at this late date, the EPA can be ignored.
just don’t do it
But, but...how’s Barky going to get his imported Kobe Beef and California Arugula?
*SPIT*
Part of Agenda 21 to shut down this country.

Fine = tax.
Jug ears will be outta office Jan. 20, 2017
Shut the EPA down. Now.
“This” is a disgrace? Everything Klownie the Kenyan ever did was a disgrace. What;s the difference now?
anything and everything O can do to weaken America or the American economy or our job market, he does.... every damned day
Tell the EPA to effing pound sand, then insert your hicap magazine.
Seriously, it’s gotten to that point.
“F***IN MAKE ME, BITCHES!”
ALL OF THEM.
Mexican trucks exempt under NAFTA or some such thing?
Every stinkin’ time the EPA hits diesel engines, the cost of that machine goes up 10-20% with no increase in production or fuel savings. The owners can’t just charge more for doing the same amount work.
You should be able to read the first paragraph and understand what the story is about.
The problem with citizen journalists is they cannot write for shit.
My next tractor will be 1999 or older, to avoid electronic log implementation. I will never purchase another new one.
Just stop hauling freight and see how fast these regs disappear.
Sadly, that won’t happen. The costs will just get passed on to the suckers....er....consumers.
Why would POTUS do this to his Union people? Unless, they will just vote for dems no matter what.
The new diesel engines are a failure. Constantly going down, usually to emissions. Ford has announced that starting in 2017, no emergency vehicles such as ambulances, etc will be available with diesel-only gas engines.
Imagine going to the hospital, and they have to pull over to do a 45 minute regen (a cleaning process for the soot trapping muffler, which can get as hot as 850 degrees during the process, plus burn a lot of fuel). Most of the time it fails to start itself, and needs to be plugged into a laptop and forced to do it.
Or the DEF (diesel exhaust fluid) model, which is different than the regens. This one will shut down if you run out of DEF. Often it creates a large mineral ball in the system, which will shut it down.
We see these problems daily where I work. Vehicles constantly towed in for emissions computer issues. Most of the mechanics can’t fix it, just a few that are very experienced can usually fix it in a day or two.
Thanks, EPA for forcing the industry to slap together something that the technology was not there yet. It is costing everyone a lot of money and down time.
Now comes phase two. Caterpillar dropped out for on road engines, a great loss in my opinion. Who will drop out next time?
