Should be MANDATORY for all freshmen college students !!!
And .... Ayn Rand’s ‘Atlas Shrugged’ also should be mandatory for them too...They’ll never sit still to read the book however...

“For Greater Glory”
A true story of what was happening in Mexico almost 100 years ago. The ever controlling, God-given rights trying to be restricted, government movement then, compares easily with what is happening in our times. It eventually led to war. Andy Garcia gives a great performance.
Be prepared, these stories really happened and it is sad how some characters end up, fighting for religious freedoms. I don’t want to be a spoiler but it is a very powerful movie and liberal Hollywood pretty much ignored it.

“Katyn” - About the massacre of Polish officers and the ensuing coverup of what really happened.

City Island, with Andy Garcia, Julianna Margulies, Alan Arkin, and Emily Mortimer. Definitely, a funny, insightful look at a middle class family disrupted by a new-comer who changes everybody's beliefs and perceptions of themselves.

A New Leaf. Cute little love story with Matthau starting out as the heartless villain. Predictable ending, yes, but still great fun.
