Hi guys. I am so sorry I haven't been checking in. I've been writing articles for my hometown newspaper, posting on Facebook and my new favorite thing, going LIVE on Facebook. I just can't spend all my time with my face in my phone! (Everyone is doing it!).

There are so many cameras and microphones it is almost overwhelming. You just have to tap on a reporter's shoulder if you want an interview. It's crazy,

I just wanted to find out if you had any questions. When I get back at night and watch the news I wonder if they were really at the same convention I was. I was up right next to the stage when Cruz spoke. The booing was deafening. I have great pictures,. I will try to post some of them later. It was a fun emotional night.

I have a question. Regarding the rules, was there ever a serious threat of rules changes happening on Day 1, to deny Trump the nomination? Or was that just drama created by the media?

Ted Cruz complains about “rabid” Trump supporters

Basically, Cruz is saying Trump staffers were egging on the crowd.

The booing was deafening.

I was watching on Fox, and once Cruz reached the point about voting up and down the ballot, all you could hear were catcalls and boos. All of the analysts thought Cruz made a serious mistake, and Tucker Carlson was aghast they let Cruz speak (as was I). Megyn kept attempting to float the idea that "maybe Cruz won over some people by sticking to his principles"; but no one was buying it.

Is the sense of it there that Jeb and Ted are betting the farm that Trump loses in 2016, and they are thus in the pole position for 2020?

Overall, how is the tone? Is there excitement for Trump or division like the media is portraying?

People were pissed off. Even his supporters. But the die hard Cruz supporters thought everything was fine.

Aren’t you glad their are “rabid”’Trump supporters? The crowd was excited when Cruz came on stage. He received a great reception. He blew it. But I am sure, in his mind, he was the king of the night.

It was so shocking that the first thing people starting thinking was that it was a set up for tomorrow. Like they will come out tomorrow and trump will get him Supreme Court. Seriously, I heard this all over the place.

Thanks for reporting. Last night I got worried at the reception Cruz received when he entered the stage. I thought “Oh, my, still too wild about him” but then...delighted by all the boos. That lying weasel didn’t belong there but it was the final nail in the coffin by Trump who, again, outsmarted him.
