No, he did not. Where is your proof?

...

The NFL says so.

Brady brings out “the petty & envy” in people that’s for sure.

“He got caught cheating and deserves the punishment.”

No he did not “get caught cheating.”

Even the fraudulent Wells Report never said he got caught.

They said it was more probable than not that he was at least somewhat aware of the supposed tampering with footballs.

Anyone who knows anything about basic physics knows that air pressure decreases as temperature decreases. Every analysis by scientists has determined that there was no tampering with footballs and the decrease in air pressure was consistent with the laws of physics.

Anyone who knows anything about football knows the Patriots won the game on the field and that the footballs had no effect.

The decision had literally nothing to do with whether Brady cheated or not. The decision was based on the power of Commissioner Goodell to hand out punishments based on the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Many experts said Goodell’s decision was dishonest.

Goodell and Wells are the cheaters. Not Tom Brady.

One of the results of the actions by Goodell is that the NFL players no longer trust Goodell. Many have said so publicly.

It’s a dumb rule, poorly enforced, and Goodell violated it at least as much as Brady did when he handed down punishment. BUT, the CBA grants the commish basically total power to level arbitrary punishment, and the courts won’t over turn that. This is what the players wanted, they were willing to trade sensible punishments with 3rd party arbitration for a slightly higher percentage of the revenues going to salary. Sorry Tom. Take your 4 games rest and come out angry and fresh.

I think that the refs do call penalties to determine who they want to win. I feel like they done it for the Patriots for years.

I think this years super bowl was a complete joke. The last 4 super bowls have been.

- All 4 featured a black QB
- All 4 had some major controversy before the game. Ray Lewis and his antler spray. Seatle Richard sherman going crazy to that female reported. Deflategate. Manning and his PED usage.

- In all 4 games, the side that had the controversy won the game.
- In all 4 games, the side that who had the most gambled on lost. Things that make you go hmmm.

I can go on forever about this, but I won’t watch again after that exceptionally racist halftime show this year.

Oh, Tom Brady cheats, but who cares.

Wow! Took 14 posts to get to the crux of the matter.

The SC should not be used for petty bickering over insignificant matters. (I don’t see any significant matter underpinning this, so correct me if I’m wrong.)

“His trainer says he was and had texts. Tom's phone had a boating accident when they asked for it. The NFL said yes. His coach didn't defend him.”

You don't know what you are talking about.

No one ever accused Tom Brady of tampering with footballs. Even the fraudulent Wells Report only said it was more probable than not that Brady was generally aware of the supposed tampering.

There was no tampering. That is simply a lie. Every analysis by scientists has shown that the decrease in air pressure was consistent with the laws of physics and the change in temperature.

Tom Brady and the Patriots won the game on the field. Anyone who knows anything about football knows the Patriots won the game and the supposed pressure of the footballs had no influence.

Every expert has said the Wells Report is fraudulent.

The ruling had literally nothing to do with whether Brady supposedly cheated. The decision was based entirely on Commissioner Goodell’s authority to discipline players based on the collective bargaining agreement.

Goodell and Wells are the cheaters, not Tom Brady.

The effect of the decision is that the NFL players no longer trust Goodell. Many have said so publicly.

You’ve got that right. Goodell would be gone if he didn’t bring in so much money. Having said that, I can’t stand what the NFL has become. I’ll watch the Super Bowl and that’s about it these days.

"He got caught cheating and deserves the punishment."

Oh stop it. Was never found guilty in anything resembling a court of law - not even "probable cause" as he played way better in the 2nd half of the game.

This is the unions doing - they could have had more control over this process but chose the money instead. Like the rest of America, NFL players get screwed at the hands of the unions, not the employers.

This isn't a criminal court of law issue!

You sound like a typical Democrat who runs to the courts to show that someone is really innocent.

Bradly should have just quit this nonsense instead of dragging it out as if he didn't know the balls were deflated and he wasn't responsible!

No way he didn't know the balls were deflated and that those who did it, did it on his orders!

He destroyed his phone to avoid being caught.

The fact that the court refused to deal with the case is due to the fact that the courts have nothing to say about agreements between a business and unions, but the NFL union wanted the courts to ignore the agreement.

“No way he didn't know the balls were deflated and that those who did it, did it on his orders!”

You need to learn about the basic laws of physics. A decrease in temperature causes a decrease in air pressure.

There was no tampering with the footballs. Even the fraudulent Wells Report admitted there was no evidence that the footballs were tampered with. They said it was more likely than not that someone deflated the footballs.

Many scientists have analyzed the data. They have all concluded that the decrease in pressure was consistent with the change in temperature and the laws of physics. The footballs were never tampered with.

Brady was not told to keep his old phone when he got a new one. The phone issue was brought up after the fact.

The result of the dishonest charges against Brady is the fact that NFL players no longer trust Goodell. Many have said so publicly.

I’m with you.

That first half of the playoff game with the Colts when Brady and company were playing with supposedly deflated footballs....their playing SUCKED!

The second half, when the footballs were fully inflated, is when the Patriots came alive and they scored touchdown after touchdown.

Where was the benefit to the Pats of using a supposedly deflated football?

Like you said, where is the evidence?

BipolarBob, arguing the facts with many of these people is like arguing with the liberals who get off of a bus, are given a sign by someone else, and chant “No Blood For Oil”.

They cannot think for themselves, and if they can, they base it on a sheet of paper with talking points that someone has given them, or what they saw watching NBC, ABC, or in this case, ESPN.

They make their decisions emotionally, not factually.

What, you didn’t think I was referring to YOU, did you? It would really suck to get accused of being something you aren’t, wouldn’t it?

Patriots fans have MIT on their side with the facts, “these people” have Bill Nye “The ‘Science’ Guy” on their side.

Pick your side!
